    • A cradle for stably cradling a portable terminal on a support surface in one of a plurality of possible orientations includes a case member having an open surface on which the portable terminal is to be cradled, a weighting member case disposed in an inner side of the case member along an edge of the open and a weighting member received movably inside the weighting member case, so that the weighting member is able to move under the influence of gravity to a lowest point inside the weighting member case irrespective of the orientation in which the case member is supported on the support surface. As the weighting member moves, the center of gravity of the cradle coupled with the portable terminal is moved to a position closest to the support surface on which the cradle is disposed, thereby maintaining a stable cradling state for the portable terminal.

    • The present invention relates to a privacy filter and its preparation method and, more particularly to a privacy filter and its preparation method in which the privacy filter comprises: a first transparent substrate; a second transparent substrate positioned a predetermined distance apart from and opposite to the first transparent substrate; an electrolyte filled between the first and second transparent substrates; and a second transparent conductive layer disposed between the electrolyte and the second transparent substrate. The first transparent substrate comprises: an uneven pattern having a wire grid and trenches formed on the first transparent substrate; a first transparent conductive layer formed on the wire grid and the trenches of the uneven pattern; and an electrochromic layer being formed on the first transparent conductive layer along the sidewall of the wire grid and containing an electrochromic material to transmit or absorb visible light depending on whether an electrical signal is applied or not.The privacy filter of the present invention can effectively block the lateral transmission of light without a loss of the front transmittance in the private mode, achieve a fast switching between wide field mode and narrow field mode, and secure excellences in filter performance and driving stability.

    • An electrophoresis display device adapted to prevent sensing errors and to reduce electric power consumption is disclosed. The electrophoresis display device includes a thin film transistor array substrate and an ink film. The thin film transistor array substrate includes a sensor configured to generate a sensing signal, and an output transistor configured to be connected to the sensor and to control the output of the sensing signal. The ink film includes a common electrode and an ink layer, which are formed on one side surface of a base film, and a floating electrode formed on the other side surface of the base film. The output transistor outputs the sensing signal when a touch current is generated on the floating electrode. The electrophoresis display device only outputs the sensing signal when a substantial touch occurs. Therefore, the electrophoresis display device can prevent sensing errors and reduce electric power consumption.
