摘要： A method for adapting a software product to an environment is provided tat comprises providing the software product with a first portion of code including instructions for performing a predetermined function. At least one aspect of performing the predetermined function is controllable by an operating parameter value. The operating parameter value, a mutation rate and a set of probabilistic mutation criteria are stored in a second portion of code. The method further comprises, responsive to an occurrence of a predetermined event associated with the environment, using the mutation rate and the probabilistic mutation criteria to determine if the operating parameter value should mutate, and changing the operating parameter value in response to a determination that the operating parameter value should mutate.

Advanced features will thus re-lock if the Password is copied to another ID-target. If a valid Password is not present, the User is invited to obtain one, and provided with the means of doing so, and of installing that Password in a place accessible to the User's System on subsequent occasions. The present invention also provides Programmers with means to invoke business operations as well as computational operations with their programs, and thus to automatically obtain payment from Users who elect to obtain passwords.

The plurality of display systems output image areas of a multimedia presentation to at least partially different locations of a display environment. The control system adjusts the output of the image areas from the plurality of display systems to conform to the display environment. The display and capture systems may be wearable, mobile or adjustable and can react to any environment. Editing environments allow the same show to be easily relinked to a new display configuration without any need for extensive user-driven layout revision. Virtual display configurations are simulated and presented on other displays.
