摘要： Novel biologically active compounds of the general formula (I) in which one of X and X′ represents a polymer, and the other represents a hydrogen atom; each Q independently represents a linking group; W represents an electron-withdrawing moiety or a moiety preparable by reduction of an electron-withdrawing moiety; or, if X′ represents a polymer, X-Q-W— together may represent an electron withdrawing group; and in addition, if X represents a polymer, X′ and electron withdrawing group W together with the interjacent atoms may form a ring; each of Z1 and Z2 independently represents a group derived from a biological molecule, each of which is linked to A and B via a nucleophilic moiety; or Z1 and Z2 together represent a single group derived from a biological molecule which is linked to A and B via two nucleophilic moieties; A is a C1-5 alkylene or alkenylene chain; and B is a bond or a C1-4 alkylene or alkenylene chain; are formed by conjugating a suitable polymer to a suitable biologically active molecule via nucleophilic groups in said molecule, preferably via a disulphide bridge.

摘要： Provided are a dielectric thin film and a method for manufacturing the same. The dielectric thin film has a composition represented by the formula of TaxMg1-xO, wherein 0.082≦x≦0.89. The dielectric thin film provides excellent dielectric characteristics. Particularly, the dielectric thin film provides a high relative permittivity as well as low dielectric loss and leakage current, although it is formed (deposited) at a low temperature of 350° C. or lower (between room temperature and 350° C.).

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for preparing oxide thin films with high sensitivity and reliability, which can be advantageously used in the fabrication of articles such as gas sensors. The present invention establishes a high reliability process for preparing large area microsphere templates which may be applicable to silicone semiconductor processes by simple plasma surface treatment and spin coating. The present invention achieves remarkably enhanced sensitivities of thin films of gas sensors by controlling the nanostructure shapes of hollow hemisphere oxide thin films by using simple plasma treatment. In particular, the gas sensor based on the nanostructured TiO2 hollow hemisphere according to the present invention exhibits higher sensitivity, faster response and recovery speed to CO gas over conventional TiO2 gas sensors.

摘要： The invention relates to a low temperature co-firing ceramic (LTCC) composition for microwave frequency represented by the following formula 1: Ca[(Li1/3Nb2/3)1-xTix]O3-δ+y(B2O3.ZnO.SiO2.PbO) (1) wherein x is molar ratio and 0≦x≦0.3; and y is wt % ratio and 0≦y≦15. The present invention relates to dielectric LTCC composition for microwave frequency that has high dielectric constants, high Q values, and stable temperature coefficients of the resonant frequency, and has sintering temperature as low as ≦900° C. so as to be co-fired without reaction with an electrode such as silver (Ag). The compositions have excellent characteristics required to cellular phones and PCS in the range of 800 MHz˜1.9 GHz, which is commonly used, and laminated chip filters and antennas in the range of IMT 2000 of 2 GHz, which will be used.

The DC-DC converter is configured to provide a driving voltage to an LED array using the generated PWM signal. The LED driving unit is configured to drive the LED array using the received dimming signal. The synchronization unit is configured to reset the oscillator based on a driving state of the LED array.
