摘要： The invention relates to a rubber composition based on at least one diene elastomer, containing less than 0.5 phe of zinc, phe signifying parts per hundred parts of elastomer, and based on at least: one reinforcing filler; one sulphur-based crosslinking system, comprising a copper(II) carboxylate of formula: (RCOO)2Cu, in which R represents a hydrocarbon-based group chosen from linear or branched, cyclic or non-cyclic alkyls having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, aryls, aralkyls or alkaryls having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms. Further subjects of the invention are a process for preparing a rubber composition according to the invention and the use of this composition for the manufacture of tires or of semi-finished products made of rubber intended for these tires.
