摘要： The present invention concerns an optical based pulse oximetry device comprising: first, second and third light emitting means, for placement on the skin surface of a body part to inject light in a tissue of said part, the wavelengths of the light emitted by said second and third means being different from each other light detecting means located at a relatively short distance from said first light emitting means and at relatively long distance from said second light emitting means and said third light emitting means, for collecting at the skin surface light of said emitting means having travelled through said tissue, first computing means for denoising the output signals of said long distance light detecting means from the output signals of said short distance light detecting means, and second computing means for deriving oximetry measurements from the denoised output signals of said long distance light detecting means.

摘要： A device for monitoring the activity of a person and/or detecting a fall suffered by a person with a view in particular to summoning help in the event of an incident hazardous to life or limb is worn by the person concerned and transmits a danger signal to a remote monitoring center. The device generates acceleration, speed and/or position signals representative of the behavior and/or the spatial attitude of the person. It establishes a probability factor representative of the probability that a dangerous situation is present from how the acceleration, speed and position signals change with time. It triggers in accordance with the value of the probability factor an alarm generator capable of causing the danger signal to be transmitted to the center.

摘要： Portable pulse rate detecting device for contact with human body tissue, including a light-emitting source for emitting radiant energy directed at through human body tissue; at least first and second light detectors for detecting intensity of radiant energy after propagation through human body tissue and for providing first and second input signals as a function of such propagation, a detecting device for providing a motion reference signal, and processing means for removing motion-related contributions from the first and second input signals and subtracting a calculated model based on the motion reference signal from each of the first and second input signals, wherein the processing means is also for removing measurement noise and residual non-modeled contributions from the first and second enhanced signals using a noise reduction algorithm.
