摘要： In a loudspeaker having a yoke assembly including a top plate and a yoke fixedly attached to opposite sides of a magnet to form an air gap between the plate and the yoke into which a voice coil operatively extending from a diaphragm is positioned, the yoke affixed to a magnet base through which electrical terminals extend, one end of the terminals being operatively attached to the voice coil, the magnet base having an open end near the diaphram and being positioned in a housing and the magnet base having a grille covering its open end, and its end opposite the open end being enclosed by a base member of the housing, an improvement to the loudspeaker is provided which comprises the mounting plate having (i) a stud constructed having a head member fixed to the mounting plate and having a shaft extending upward from the plate and toward the yoke wherein the shaft has a threaded section of sufficient length to be screwed into a mating threaded opening in the center section of the yoke, and (ii) at least one passageway extending through the mounting plate to allow electrical wire to pass for operative attachment to the electrical terminals; and wherein the mounting plate is frictionally lockable to the yoke assembly when the threaded section is screwed into the threaded opening.

摘要： An electrical distribution system for personal water craft. The primary components include a digital switching device; a series of power lines; and one or more remote controls, a control panel, or both. The digital switching device is preferably a bank of solid state relay switches controlled by an MCU. The control panel also has an MCU. The control panel MCU communicates with the digital switching device MCU. This allows signals from the control panel to travel on a single communication cable to the digital switching device, significantly reducing the control panel footprint compared to prior art control panels. When a radio frequency (RF) receiver is provided, the electrical distribution system may receive signals from a remote control. The remote control may be utilized in addition to or in lieu of the control panel. Power lines run from the digital switching device to wherever power is desired in the vessel.

摘要： A sound bar having a mounting assembly configured to pivotally secure the bar. The sound bar includes an elongated, at least partially hollow, housing. The housing has a body extending between two opposing ends. A speaker array is positioned in the body. At least one speaker is positioned in at least one end of the bar. The end speaker(s) are preferably bass speakers in fluid communication with the hollow housing. A grill is preferably positioned over at least one of the housing ends. The grill preferably has a center hub affixed to an outer rim by spokes defining open spaces in the grill to facilitate the emission of sound. A mount is attached to the sound bar to secure the bar to a structure while allowing the bar to pivot along its longitudinal axis. Preferably, the mount is secured to the center hub of the grill.
