    • A method and apparatus for facilitating online payment transactions between participants in a network-based transaction facility are described. In one embodiment, user interface information is communicated to a first participant via a communications network. The user interface information identifies various payment instruments available for processing online payment transactions in the network-based transaction facility. Further, payment option information is received from the first participant via the communications network. The payment option information indicates the willingness of the first participant to accept a payment from a second participant via one or more of the various payment instruments. This payment option information is passed to the second participant via the communications network. Afterwards, personal billing information is accepted from the second participant via the communications network to facilitate an online payment transaction between the first participant and the second participant. The personal billing information concerns a payment instrument selected by the second participant from the payment instruments specified by the first participant.

    • In one aspect, a bone anchor assembly is provided. The bone anchor assembly includes a bone anchor, a crown member, a saddle, and a sleeve. The bone anchor assembly is configured such that the bone anchor is moveable with respect to the saddle when the sleeve is positioned around the saddle and the bone anchor is locked relative to the saddle by compression of the head portion of the bone anchor between the crown member and a seat of the saddle. In another aspect, a system for orthopedic implantation is provided. The system includes an elongated member, a compression member, and a bone anchor assembly. In another aspect, a method of assembling a bone anchor assembly is provided.

    • Devices and methods to prevent a screw from backing out of a plate. The plate includes an aperture for receiving a screw that is attached to the bone. A mount is positioned adjacent to the aperture and extends out from a face of the plate. A locking mechanism is attached to the mount and sized to extend over at least a portion of the inserted screw to prevent the screw from backing out of the aperture. One method comprises inserting a screw into the aperture to attach the plate to the bone. A locking mechanism is then attached to the mount. The locking mechanism is sized to extend over bone screw and prevent the screw from backing out.
