    • A braking system for electric step motors that operate in conjunction with a light assembly, including a moving head for pan or tilt thereof or for moving internal optical components. The step motors are connected to driving means to reduce movement speed of the moving head during power down and are connected through switches with a first operating position to connect the driving means to the step motors, and with a second power down position to establish a current path through a motor winding. Movements after power down take place very slowly and without generating noise for use in a theatre where the lamp may be switched off because a fuse burn out, and so cease operation without making disturbing noise. In a controlled power down, noise is reduced when several lamp fixtures placed side by side at the same time move to a stop position.

    • A system for storage and dosing of ammonia, including a solid ammonia storage material capable of binding and releasing ammonia reversibly by adsorption/absorption. The system is able to release ammonia gradually according to a demand that can vary over time with intermediate periods of no ammonia demand. A main storage unit and a start-up storage unit are provided. The storage units hold ammonia storage material. At least one one-way valve is provided via which the one main storage unit is in communication with the start-up storage unit. The one-way valve prevents any back-flow of ammonia from the start-up storage unit to the main storage unit. Heating devices are arranged to heat the main storage unit and the start-up storage unit separately to generate gaseous ammonia by thermal desorption from the solid storage material. A controller controls the heating power of the main storage unit and the start-up storage unit, thereby enabling ammonia release from at least one of the start-up and/or the main storage unit. A dosing valve controls ammonia flow from the storage units according to a demand.

    • The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus primarily for entertainment, which method or apparatus comprises an electronic control system, comprising at least one processor, which processor controls and stores at least some operational parameters during operation of the apparatus. The scope of the invention is to achieve access to data stored in an entertainment system or apparatus in periods of non-operation. This can be achieved if the apparatus comprises a RFID tag, which RFID tag can be communicating with the processor during operation, which RFID tag comprises at least one memory, which memory can contain copy of data segment representing at least one operational parameter for the apparatus, which RFID tag can be accessible from outside the apparatus in an operational or non-operational period, where an external device can read or write in the data segment in the memory in the RFID tag. It is hereby achieved that data could be transmitted in and out of the RFID tag during operation of an apparatus. Data transmitted out from the RFID tag could be information about addresses for normal communication with the apparatus using the DMX protocol as an example. These addresses could then be exchanged from the outside if the address for a specific apparatus has to be changed. After operation of an entertainment apparatus, for example when it is ready for transportation for a performance, an RFID scanner could be used to control failures or critical parameters in the apparatus so that apparatuses that show any critical parameters are sent for repair while operators showing normal activity will be transported for the next show.
