    • A refrigration, foam sealing bushing is provided for use within a refrigeration door cavity. The bushing is formed of a male member, and a female member. The male member includes a head portion, an upper shank portion, a reduced lower shank portion, and a disc-like member. The female member is formed of a tubular section having an open upper end and an open lower end. The tubular section has an axially extending bore which extends between the open upper end and the open lower end for telescopingly receiving the lower shank portion of the male member. Passageways are formed between the outer surface of the reduced lower shank portion and inner surface of the axially extending bore of the tubular section for permitting air to escape from the door cavity but yet preventing foam insulation from escaping during the injection of the foam insulation into the door cavity.

    • A cargo or dunnage air bag inflation and deflation system comprises an inflation-deflation valve member, a cap-type plug member, and an air gun implement having a fill nozzle and an exhaust nozzle mounted upon opposite ends thereof for respective connection to the valve member in order to perform inflation and deflation operations. The valve member comprises a flapper or check valve element pivotally mounted upon the valve member so as to permit inflation or deflation of the cargo or dunnage air bag when the flapper or check valve element is moved away from its valve seat, and to substantially maintain the cargo or dunnage air bag in its inflated state when the flappper or check valve element is effectively seated upon its valve seat. The cap-type plug member is removably mounted upon the inflation-deflation valve member so as to effectively close and seal the valve assembly when the cap-type plug member is mounted upon the valve member, and effectively uncovers the valve member when the cap-type plug member is dismounted from the valve member so as to permit the air gun implement to be operatively connected to the air valve member in order to perform an inflation or deflation operation.

    • An improved grounding clip connector for positively grounding an insulated conductor to an appliance panel comprises a base section, a first pair of laterally spaced blade members projecting upwardly from one edge portion of the base section, and a second pair of laterally spaced blade members projecting upwardly from a second opposite edge portion of the base section, the laterally spaced blade members defining vertical passageways between the pairs thereof for retaining the insulated conductor upon the connector. A spring clip member is integrally formed with the base section of the connector and is substantially C-shaped in configuration so as to cooperate with the base section of the connector in grasping the appliance panel therebetween. In accordance with the improvement of the present invention, the spring clip member is provided with a pair of axially spaced barbs or prong members for engaging the undersurface of the appliance panel, while the base section is provided with a third barb or prong member for engaging the upper surface of the appliance panel. The three barbs cooperate in concert so as to effectively define a pivot mechanism about which the connector can pivot upon the appliance panel. In this manner, should a force be inadvertently applied to the insulated conductor and thereby transmitted to the connector, the pivotal action or movement of the connector will cause the three barbs or prong members thereof to dig into the respective surfaces of the appliance panel with increased biting effects whereby the retention power or pull-off resistance of the connector with respect to the appliance panel is significantly enhanced.

    • A connector provides wire termination, without the need for any tools, facilitating electrical connection and trimming of excess wire by way of pressure applied by a human finger. Connection is accomplished by means of a rotational mechanism comprising an insulative base housing, a conductive electrical terminal and a non-conductive cam lever. The cam lever is configured around a rotating hub and has a wire passageway therethrough. the conductive electrical terminal, has a first insulation displacement contact and a second feedthrough/trimming contact, and fits slidably in the insulative base housing. With a wire installed through the wire passageway and feedthrough/timming contact, manual rotation of the cam lever and exertion of finger pressure terminates the wire in the conductive terminal and trims excess wire. A detent retains the cam lever in the engaged position. Reverse rotational movement of the cam lever frees the wire for removal.
