    • Provided is a signal generation device used for an information input method using an ultrasonic signal. Contact electrodes which are formed in a flexible printed circuit board to be in contact with an ultrasonic wave generation unit and reference signal generation units are disposed in a row, so that a length of the flexible printed circuit board can be reduced. Accordingly, in comparison with a signal generation module in the related art, a length of the signal generation module can be reduced, so that the signal generation device can be miniaturized. In addition, in order to maintain the contact between contact electrodes of the flexible printed circuit board and the ultrasonic wave generation unit, the contact electrodes which are in contact with the ultrasonic wave generation unit and the flexible printed circuit board are surrounded by a contact maintaining member which is constructed with a cylindrical elastic member.

    • The present invention includes a class-E power amplifier, comprising a driver stage (DS) including a first power amplifier with transistors, to which an input signal is inputted; a main stage (MS), including a second power amplifier with transistors, whose input is connected to the output of the DS; and a first LC resonator whose one end is connected to the output of the DS and the other end to the ground as an AC equivalent circuit and a second LC resonator whose one end is connected to the input of the MS and the other end to the ground as an AC equivalent circuit. In accordance with the present invention, as the voltage stress is reduced on the CMOS class-E power amplifier, the application of the high power supply voltage may be allowed and therefore the load impedance may be high while the same efficiency is maintained.

    • Provided are a method and apparatus for inputting handwriting in a digital electronic apparatus. Various patterns defining methods of generating pressure information according to handwriting input are stored in advance, and a user selects a pattern similar to a pattern of the user or selects a desired handwriting pattern to perform the handwriting, so that pressure information is generated according to the handwriting pattern and the handwriting is displaying with a thickness corresponding to the pressure information. Therefore, it is possible to solve a problem of monotonous handwriting input in the related art where only the position is input and the handwriting is output with the same thickness.
