摘要： A method for making a chalcopyrite-type compound includes reacting a reaction mixture in a solvent under reflux condition to form the chalcopyrite-type compound. The reaction mixture includes at least one first compound and at least one second compound. The first compound contains M1 and A. The second compound contains M2 and A. M1 is selected from Cu, Au, Ag, Na, Li and K, M2 is selected from In, Ga, Al, Ti, Zn, Cd, Sn, Mg, and combinations thereof, and A is selected from S, Se, Te, and combinations thereof.

摘要： A light bulb socket adapter includes an adapter base and at least one lamp holder. The adapter base includes a base having a ring contact and a tip contact. The at least one lamp holder is oscillatingly mounted to the adapter base through an oscillating connection assembly. The oscillating connection assembly has a ball-holding mechanism mounted on an end opposite to the base of the adapter base, and at least one ball fixedly connected with the respective lamp holder and oscillatingly engaged with the ball-holding mechanism. The present invention allows the light bulb mounted thereon to irradiate in a desired direction and a bayonet-type bulb to be mounted in a conventional screw-type socket without requiring an additional socket adapter.

摘要： A noise-free low-power consumption wide voltage range DC and AC contactor and remote telephone control system is disclosed. A movable iron core is connected to a linkage. Another end of the linkage is connected to a micro switch. A normal close contact of the micro switch is serially connected to a magnetic coil and is parallel connected to an IC circuit and a retaining coil. A lower end of the movable iron coil is in the extent of the coil so that the magnetic coil attracts the movable iron core to move downwards to conduct the contactor and meanwhile, the magnetic coil will disconnect. The retaining coil is used to replaced the magnetic coil to attract the movable iron core. Since the power consumption of the retaining coil is small and thus the contactor is noise free, lower power consumption, and wide voltage range. Three voltage stages are selectable. The connector can be used with a telephone, a telephone wire, a voice system, a keyboard and a software program so as to be formed as a remote telephone control system with a simple structure, lower cost and be a multi-functional device. Thereby, it can be used widely.

摘要： A fabrication method for a liquid crystal display. A pair of substrates is provided. An alignment layer is formed on the respective substrates. An energy beam is irradiated on a predetermined area of at least one of the alignment layers. The alignment layer is rubbed to form a first pretilt-angle area in the predetermined area exposed to the energy beam, and a second pretilt-angle area not exposed to the energy beam. The pair of substrates are bonded with a preset gap therebetween, and a liquid crystal layer is inserted between the substrates. The liquid crystals corresponding to the first pretilt angle area have a first pretilt angle of θ1, while those corresponding to the second pretilt angle area have a second pretilt angle of θ2.
