    • Disclosed are a backlight unit capable of determining a deviated degree of a lamp grip by a guide line formed adjacent to the lamp grip a PCB that connects an electrode thereof with a lamp electrode, and a manufacturing method for the same. The manufacturing method includes preparing a case structure, a plurality of lamps equipped with an electrode at both ends, and fastening units corresponded to the electrodes of the lamps, preparing a PCB constituted by a base substrate and a signal line formed on the base substrate, and defined with positions thereon for forming the fastening units having electric connection parts with respect to the signal line, and positioning the PCB in the case structure, forming a solder layer at the electric connection parts on the PCB by applying a soldering material using a solder mask, and forming a guide pattern at both sides of the fastening unit, connecting the fastening units with the solder layers while using the guide patterns as marks, and connecting the lamps to the fastening units.

    • The exemplary embodiment relates to a liquid crystal display device. The liquid crystal display panel according to the exemplary embodiment includes: a liquid crystal display panel on which a plurality of data lines cross a plurality of gate lines; a source drive IC that supplies data voltages to the data lines; a gate drive IC that supplies gate pulses to the gate lines; a system board equipped with a scaler that transmits data from the scaler with a first interface specification; an interface board that receives the data according to the first interface specification, and transmitting the data with a second interface specification; and a control board equipped with a timing controller receiving the data in the second interface specification and supplying the data to the source drive IC, and controlling the operating timing of the source drive IC and the gate drive IC; wherein a number of the data transmitting lines required in the second interface specification is less than a number of data transmitting line required in the first interface specification.

    • A disclosed display includes a display panel including a first group of data lines and second group of data lines, a plurality of gate lines crossing the first and a second groups of data lines, and a plurality of picture cells arranged in a matrix. The display also includes a first source PCB coupled to first data integrated circuits (ICs) to supply first data voltages to the first group of data lines and a second source PCB coupled to second data ICs to supply second data voltages to the second group of data lines. The display further includes a timing controller having a single output port with a plurality of output pins which are configured to output video data to both the first and second data ICs, and to output a timing control signal to control both the first and second data ICs. In addition, the display includes a first connection cable coupling the single output port of the timing controller to at least one of the first and second source PCBs to transmit the video data and the timing control signal from the timing controller to the at least one of the first and second source PCBs. The first data ICs and second data ICs are configured to generate the first and second data voltages, respectively, based on the video data and the timing control signal.
