摘要： A detection device for detecting a state of electric power has a first current transformer that measures a first current on a first power line side of a connecting point between a first power line derived from a commercial power supply and a second power line derived from a power generation device which supplies electric power equal in frequency to the commercial power supply, a second current transformer that measures a second current on a second power line side of the connecting point, a first calculation unit that calculates a decision value based on a product of a measured value of the first current and a measured value of the second current, and a detection unit that detects a power flow direction of electric power of the first power line based on the decision value.

The displacement of the actuator may be controlled based on the scanning angle.

A circuit unit for controlling an operation of an electric motor is fixed to an axial end of a motor casing. A connector holding unit, which is integrally formed with a heat sink of the circuit unit, is composed of a first and a second arm portions and a connecting portion to form a connector accommodating space in such a radial outside position of the motor casing. The connector accommodating space extends in an axial direction of the motor casing. An inside connector unit is inserted into the connector accommodating space. The inside connector unit has a connector-insert hole into which an outside connector (a vehicle-side connector) is inserted for electrical connection.

A first terminal is disposed on the motor case, and has one end coupled to an end of the winding wire, such that the wire passes through a first opening on the bottom part. A controller case is disposed detachably on the bottom part. The controller case has a controller housed therein, and has a second terminal that has one end electrically coupled to a power module and the other end engages with the first terminal to electrically couple the motor and the controller. A terminal holder is attached on the motor case to hold and support the first terminal.
