摘要： The present invention extracts picked up image data picked up by a specialized apparatus and converts the extracted picked up image data into a data format capable of being handled in a general apparatus. The present invention provides a data processor including a setting section that sets an extraction condition for extracting an arbitrary frame from a database that stores a frame including picked up image data and meta data containing imaging information corresponding to the picked up image data, a specifying section that specifies an arbitrary location on a recording medium capable of recording data, an extraction section that extracts an arbitrary frame from the database according to the extraction condition set by the setting section, a conversion section that converts the picked up image data and meta data containing imaging information corresponding to the picked up image data which are included in the frame extracted by the extraction section into a predetermined data format, and a storage section that stores the picked up image data and meta data containing imaging information corresponding to the picked up image data that have been converted into a predetermined format by the conversion section in the arbitrary location specified by the specifying section, wherein the setting section sets the imaging information contained in the meta data as the extraction condition.

An imaging system including a sensor camera, a zoom camera, and a controller that controls the sensor camera and zoom camera, and includes a moving subject detection unit extracting the position and the size of a moving subject from a sensor image, an imaging angle of view calculation unit determining one imaging angle of view based on plural moving subjects extracted by the moving subject detection unit, a unit allowing the zoom camera to perform imaging of the area specified depending on the position of the angle, moving speed, and size determined by the imaging angle of view calculation unit, a unit managing the order of the imaging operation of the zoom camera, a unit holding the imaging angle of view for a given time at the time when all the moving subjects in the imaging angle of view become static, and a unit calculating the imaging position in the imaging area of the sensor camera, and assigns ID to an imaging angle of view, assigns the same angle of view ID to the imaging angle even after the moving subject becomes static, controls the priority of the imaging operation of the imaging angle of view including the same moving subject, and allows the zoom camera to take an image of a tracking target in the imaging area of the sensor camera while performing wide-angle imaging with the sensor camera.

摘要： The motion of a moving subject is captured at a short time interval up to a wide area by tracking and photographing the moving subject. A wide angle area is photographed by a first camera, an area narrower than the wide angle area is photographed by a second camera, the presence or absence of the motion in an image is detected by a motion detecting section by comparing the first image with the second image in terms of the difference of luminance levels. The correlation of the positions of the first image and the second image is recorded by a memory, and the photographing direction of the second camera is controlled by a controller by using the correlation information when the presence of the motion is detected by the motion detecting section.
