摘要： A rolling bearing with the sealing device which has a fitting groove and sealing device with a mounting portion. The fitting groove formed on the inner peripheral surface of an outer ring. An outside surface of the fitting groove tilts at 5 to 30 degrees with respect to an radial direction of the bearing. An inside surface of the fitting groove tilts at a tilt angle smaller than that of the outside surface. A total of these tilt angles is 35 degrees or more. The mounting portion has a base portion contacting the inside surface and a portion projecting toward the outside surface of the fitting groove from the base portion, and the mounting portion is thinnest at a front end portion of the projecting portion.

摘要： A rolling bearing comprising an outer race having one track, an inner race having the other track, a plurality of rolling elements arranged between the both tracks, and a cage for retaining the plurality of rolling elements in such a way that the rolling elements can roll freely, wherein the cage is a lubricating oil-containing polymer member obtained by molding a synthetic resin containing 10 to 80% by weight of a lubricating oil. The cage retains a sufficient amount of a lubricating oil at a high rate of retention so that a lubricating action can be maintained in a stable manner for a prolonged period of time, and it is produced at low cost.

摘要： A bearing with dynamic pressure grooves includes an outer cylinder made of a metal and a resin sheet bonded to the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder. The resin sheet is made of a thermoplastic resin, for example, a polytetra fluoroethylene, as a main component mixed with a wear-resistant improving material, for example, graphite or the like. The resin sheet is formed with a pattern of dynamic pressure generating grooves formed in an inner surface by plastic work. The pattern of grooves is varied depending on the types of relative movement between the outer cylinder and a shaft body, i.e., whether an axial linear movement, a rotational movement, or a spiral movement.

摘要： A dynamic pressure type bearing is applicable to a precision mechanical equipment. The bearing includes a hollow inner cylinder to fit a rotatable shaft. The inner cylinder is made of a thermosetting resin containing a 5 wt % to 75 wt % heat treated phenol resin powder and a 5 wt % to 75 wt % silicon dioxide, the total content of the phenol resin powder and the silicon dioxide being 50 wt % to 80 wt %. A spindle unit includes the bearing and a spindle made of an alloy containing aluminum as a main element. The bearing has a superior wear resistance, frictional characteristic and molding accuracy of the inner cylinder. The superior frictional characteristic of the inner cylinder allows a relatively soft spindle to be used in a spindle unit.
