摘要： A configuration is adopted in which an image sensor unit includes: a sensor substrate on which a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements are mounted; a light source that includes light-emitting elements and is for illuminating a document; a light guide that guides light from the light source from one end face in a longitudinal direction and linearly illuminates the document; a rod lens array imaging reflected light from the document on the sensor substrate; and a frame attaching each of these, and in which the frame detachably includes a spacer provided in proximity to the light source, and the spacer includes a light shielding roof elongated so as to cover the light source and the end of the light guide.

摘要： The present invention provides a transparent substrate with a transparent conductive film that is thin but has a surface with concavities and convexities of increased height. A manufacturing method of the present invention includes a process of forming a transparent conductive film containing crystalline metal oxide as its main component on a transparent substrate by a pyrolytic oxidation method. In the method, a gaseous material containing a metal compound, an oxidizing material, and hydrogen chloride is supplied onto the transparent substrate. The process includes sequentially: a first step in which a mole ratio of the hydrogen chloride to the metal compound in the gaseous material is 0.5 to 5; and a second step in which the mole ratio is 2 to 10 and is higher than the mole ratio to be employed in the first step. With the present invention, a transparent substrate with a transparent conductive film can be provided that has a haze ratio of at least 15% and includes a transparent conductive film whose thickness is 300 nm to 750 nm.

摘要： Communication bands are effectively allocated to each communication station under a communication environment of an autonomous distributed type system such as an ad-hoc communication. Each communication station acquires a priority slot with which each communication station itself performs data transmission preferentially at predetermined time intervals, and releases or allocates its own priority slot to other communication station in response to a permission form upper layer of a communication protocol based on a fact that the transmission data is not in a buffer. Thereby, it is able to effectively utilize the communication bands, and to improve a throughput of the whole system.

Influence of stray light is reduced, and accuracy of read image is improved.

摘要： A protruding locking pawl is provided at an end of a light guide which corresponds to a first light input surface. A recessed locking portion is formed in a frame so that the locking pawl can be locked in the locking portion. A light blocking member is slidably loosely inserted into a position where the light blocking member covers a longitudinal end of the light guide which corresponds to a second light input surface. Even if expansion and contraction occurs in the longitudinal direction of the light guide, the design dimensions of a first gap A and a second gap B can be maintained; the first gap A is formed between the first light input surface and a first light source, and the second gap B formed between the second light input surface and a second light source. Therefore, possible leakage current can be prevented.
