In particular, a predication can be made with respect to values stored in at least one column of at least one table in a database, based on the evaluation of one or more functions for a subset of possible column values (i.e., resultant values derived from the evaluation of a subset of possible column values) without the need to calculate the function(s) for all of the actual entries in the column of the table(s). In effect, a functional predicate can be transformed (or translated) to a predicate that is dependent on the column values instead of the evaluation of one or more functions for the column values.

Each of the sets of layers includes a resistance-changing layer, a barrier layer, and an ionic exchange layer between the resistance-changing layer and the barrier layer, wherein a thickness of each of the resistance-changing layer, the barrier layer and the ionic exchange layer exceeds a Fermi wavelength, and the thickness each of the resistance-changing layer and ionic exchange layer are less than an electron mean free path. Further, a RRAM module including the aforesaid RRAM cell and a switch is also provided.

摘要： A memory cell includes a memory element, a current-limiting element electrically coupled to the memory element, and a high-selection-ratio element electrically coupled to the current-limiting element. The memory element is configured to store data as a resistance state. The current-limiting element is a voltage-controlled resistor (VCR) having a resistance that decreases when a voltage applied thereto increases. The high-selection-ratio element has a first resistance that is small when a voltage applied to the memory cell is approximately equal to a selection voltage of the memory cell, and has a second resistance that is substantially larger than the first resistance when the voltage applied to the memory cell is approximately equal to one-half of the selection voltage.

A connecting tube extends from a bottom of an intermediate section of the cleaning tube and is rotatably received in a draining tube in a bottom of a liquid container. Left and right guiding openings are defined in bottoms of left and right sections of the cleaning tube and extend slantingly from an outer periphery through an inner periphery of the cleaning tube. Each guiding opening includes a central axis spaced from the longitudinal axis. The left and right guiding openings have opposite extending directions. Siphon effect is created when a liquid in the liquid container is being drained via the draining tube. The liquid imparts force to inner peripheral walls of the guiding openings, causing the cleaning tube and the connecting tube to rotate about a central axis of the connecting tube.

The top has at least one key mounted on the edge of the open top and protruding from the open top. 摘要： A quick connector includes a main body externally provided with a bottom slot, an annular rib, and guiding recesses located above the annular rib, and internally defining a receiving space communicable at a lower end with the bottom slot via an opening; a lying U-shaped conductor extended through the opening with a lower end externally pressed against the bottom slot and an upper end located near an upper end of the receiving space for electrically connecting to an electric heating tube; and an elastic element mounted between the receiving space and the lying U-shaped conductor. The main body is mounted in an electric heating device via a mounting bracket engaged with the guiding recesses. With the elastic element, the lying U-shaped conductor may be elastically moved backward in the receiving space to enable convenient connecting or removing of the electric heating tube to or from the quick connector.
