    • A card connector includes an insulating housing and a plurality of conductive terminals disposed in the insulating housing. The insulating housing has a base board, a first lateral wall and a second lateral wall extended upwards from two opposite sides of the base board, and a preventing wall extended upwards from a rear end of the base board, with a receiving formed thereamong. A monitoring assembly disposed in the insulating housing has a first monitoring member and a second monitoring member. The first monitoring member fixed in the receiving chamber adjacent to the second lateral wall has an elastic portion. The second monitoring member mounted in the preventing wall has a contacting portion located at an outer side of the elastic portion, with a gap formed therebetween. The elastic portion is pressed laterally by the fully inserted card and deflects elastically to connect with the contacting portion.

    • A method for minimizing the message flow wait time for management user exits in a message broker application. A message broker application processes a request in a request and a response message flow. The request message flow generates a request identifier, collects information about the request message flow, and stores the request identifier and information in a global data map. The response message flow uses the request identifier to access the map and read the collected information without having to acquire a lock on the map. The response message flow also collects information about the response message flow, and generates management information about the request based on the information about the request message flow and the information about the response message flow. A dedicated clean up thread in the message broker application is used to remove used items from the global data map.

    • A memory card connector adapted for receiving a memory card includes an insulating housing, a plurality of terminals, a first shielding shell and a second shielding shell. The insulating housing has a bottom wall, a rear wall, two opposite first and second sidewalls, all of which together define a receiving space therebetween for receiving the memory card. Two resisting portions are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the receiving space adjacent to the first and second sidewalls and spaced from the bottom wall for respectively pressing against two opposite sides of the memory card. Each of the terminals has a contact portion projecting into the receiving space for being electrically connected with the memory card. The first shielding shell is mounted to the first sidewall and the second shielding shell is mounted to the second sidewall to be spaced away from the first shielding shell.

    • A card connector adapted for accommodating a memory card includes a dielectric housing, a plurality of terminals received in the dielectric housing, and a shell. The dielectric housing defines a plurality of terminal grooves for receiving the terminals. The shell shielding the dielectric housing has a top board and two sideboards extending downward from two opposite sides of the top board. The junction of the top board and at least one of the two sideboards is depressed inward to form a connecting board of substantially L-shaped cross-section. The top board, the two sideboards and the connecting board of the shell and the dielectric housing define a space therebetween for receiving the memory card therein.
