摘要： A method is provided for ensuring and/or checking the quality of a crimping using a crimping machine for crimping a cable with a contact sleeve and using a first optical sensor for detecting and/or recording first image data of the contact sleeve and using an evaluation electronics system. The method includes detecting the first image data of the contact sleeve by the first optical sensor; carrying out, via the evaluation electronics system, a first comparison of the first image data of the first optical sensor with first reference data of a predetermined contact sleeve; checking the first comparison for the presence of a predetermined first criterion; and, if the predetermined first criterion is satisfied, outputting a first signal. The detection of the first image data and the first comparison and the checking for the first criterion and the output of the first signal are carried out before the cable is crimped with the contact sleeve. A crimping machine suitable for carrying out the above method is also provided.

摘要： A printed circuit board plug-in connection is provided for transmitting the highest possible currents between a printed circuit board and an electrical cable, the printed circuit board plug-in connection being manufactured as simply and economically as possible. For this purpose, a plug-in connection having a slotted pin contact is proposed. Said pin contact is arranged in an insulating body and can be inserted directly into a passage contact opening of a printed circuit board in order to establish electrical contact. The insulating body has detent arms, which releasably engage in detent openings of the printed circuit board in a locking manner at the same time. By means of dovetail connections, several insulating bodies can be fastened to each other, i.e., can be cascaded with each other. A strain relief element can also be fastened to an insulating body by means of the dovetail connection in order to provide strain relief for individual conductors of the cable.

摘要： A contact carrier receives and fixes at least one crimp contact. The contact carrier includes an insulating body and a holding plate that can be mounted on the insulating body on a connection side. The insulating body has a detent element which, in the non-mounted state, can assume both a position in which the crimp contact is latched and a position in which the crimp contact is unlatched. The holding plate has a locking element which, in the mounted state, fixes the at least one detent element in its position in which the crimp contact is latched. It thereby prevents the crimp contact from moving from the latching position to the unlatching position. The detent element is designed as a detent arm which points towards the connection side and has a detent molding for latching in a latching groove of the crimp contact.
