摘要： A nonwoven web is made by displacing an air-permeable mesh-belt conveyor in a horizontal travel direction and spinning and then depositing crimped continuous filaments as a web at a deposit region on the air-permeable mesh-belt conveyor. A first preconsolidation stage is provided downstream of the deposit region and a second preconsolidation separated by a suction gap from the first stage. Air is drawn air through the web and the conveyor at the deposit region at a first predetermined speed, the first and second consolidation stages at a second and third predetermined speeds, and at the suction gap either not at all or at a fourth predetermined equal to at most substantially less than the second predetermined speed.

摘要： A spunbond nonwoven laminate has a first spunbond nonwoven layer having crimped filaments formed by a first component on an outer surface of the filaments of the first layer consisting or substantially consisting of a polyolefin and a second component consisting or substantially consisting of a plastic having a higher melting point than the polyolefin of the first component of the filaments of the first layer. A second outermost spunbond nonwoven layer on the first layer having filaments as a cover layer and formed by a first component on an outer surface of the filaments of the second layer consisting or substantially consisting of a polyolefin, and a second component consisting or substantially consisting of a plastic having a higher melting point than the polyolefin of the first component of the filaments of the second layer.

摘要： An apparatus for continuously making a spunbond web of filaments comprises a spinneret, a cooling chamber into which process air for can be introduced for the purpose of cooling the filaments, a monomer suction device between a spinneret and cooling chamber, a stretcher and a deposition device for depositing the filaments of the spunbond web. The cooling chamber is divided into two cooling compartments, and process air can be suctioned out from a first upper cooling compartment at a volumetric flow rate (VM) to a monomer suction device. Process air exits from the first upper cooling compartment at a volumetric flow rate (V1) into a second lower cooling compartment and from the first upper cooling compartment at a volumetric flow rate (V1) into a second lower cooling compartment. A ratio (VM/V1) is 0.1 to 0.35.

摘要： An apparatus for making a nonwoven fabric from thermoplastic plastic filaments has an air permeable deposit conveyor having a horizontal face displaceable in a horizontal travel direction and a spinneret above the conveyor for spinning the filaments and depositing the spun filaments on the deposit conveyor in a deposit area of the conveyor as a nonwoven web for conveyance in the travel direction. An extractor beneath the conveyor draws air or process air through the deposit conveyor in the deposit area in a main extraction area below the deposit conveyor and is delimited by, relative to the travel direction, upstream and downstream suction partitions. One of the partitions has an upper edge set at a predetermined vertical spacing below the conveyor equal to between 10 mm and 250 mm.

摘要： An apparatus for making a spunbond web has a deposition surface, a spinneret above the surface for producing filaments that move downward along a path toward the surface, and a cooling chamber below the spinneret. Cool process air is supplied to the chamber to cool the filaments as they pass downward through the chamber. A laterally closed stretching unit downstream of the cooling chamber has laterally closed side walls that have portions that diverges downward. A connecting region between the stretching unit and the cooling chamber substantially excludes access of air from outside to the filaments as they pass from the cooling chamber to the stretching unit so that the filaments drop from the stretching unit onto the deposition surface.
