摘要： A double walled domed electric roasting oven and method of use is described. The double walled domed electric roasting oven includes a double walled dome lid, a base pan, a temperature controlling component and a heating element. The double walled dome lid is formed by coupling a domed inner wall and a domed outer wall with a fastener. The double walled dome lid has a dome lid height. The base pan interfaces with a bottom of the double walled dome lid. The base pan has a base pan height. The dome lid height is at least 2.5 times greater than the base pan height. The temperature controlling component is disposed on an exterior outer wall of the double walled dome lid. The temperature controlling component includes a heating element that is electrically coupled to the temperature controlling component. The heating element is radially disposed about the exterior inner wall surface of the domed inner wall and positioned within the domed outer wall.

摘要： A rotisserie convection oven including a rotatable drum assembly which allows cooking of food items therein without added cooking oils is disclosed. The present oven is designed for cooking of pre-prepared or frozen foods with minimal ingestion of cooking oils and residual oil byproducts of concern to the health-conscious consumer. The present oven provides a countertop appliance having an enclosed cooking chamber with tubular heating elements wherein a rotatable drum containing foodstuffs is coupled to a rotisserie drive assembly. An integrated control chamber protects electrical components and encloses a convection fan assembly which is disposed in air transfer communication with the cooking chamber to enable circulation of air across the heating elements and through the rotatable drum during the cooking cycle. In one embodiment the rotatable drum is constructed of wire mesh to permit the continuous circulation of heated air therein to reduce cooking temperatures and shorten the cooking cycle.

摘要： A portable electric grill including an exhaust fan for indoor grilling is disclosed. The present grill is constructed to permit its supporting frame to be folded from an open position wherein the horizontally disposed grilling plates are supported by folding leg members to a closed position wherein the grilling plates are folded vertically along with the leg members for convenient portability and storage. The present grill provides heating elements associated with each grilling plate, which permits the grilling plates to be selectively energized. An air filter is disposed within the air intake of the exhaust fan utilizing filter media capable of capturing particulate matter of a size range found in cooking fumes generated by the grill. In an alternative embodiment the present grill is designed to permit operation in an either an unfolded or a folded position and also includes a detachable exhaust fan module for the user's convenience.

In various embodiments, the invertible roasting oven may include a double walled dome lid having an inner wall and an outer wall, a heating element that is disposed within the double walled dome lid between the inner wall and the outer wall, and a shallow pan that interfaces with the double walled dome lid. The shallow pan may be configured to function as a base to the double walled dome lid in a first mode of operation and as a cover to the double walled dome lid in a second mode of operation. The invertible roasting oven may further include a cradle that receives the double walled dome lid when the cooking apparatus is operating in the second mode of operation.

摘要： A top-browner cooking system and method of use for browning chicken, turkey and other foodstuffs within electric roasting ovens that lack top-browning capability is disclosed. The present top-browner cooking system provides a plurality of top-browner assemblies which are configured for retrofitting to various sizes and shapes of common prior art roasting ovens lacking a top-browner heating element as original equipment. In addition to retrofitting a preexisting roasting oven, the top-browner cooking system is also utilized in combination with roasting ovens of new construction. The top-browner cooking system is designed for stand-alone use being plugged directly into a residential power outlet or, alternatively, can be plugged into an auxiliary power outlet provided on some brands of roasting ovens. The top-browner assemblies of the present cooking system are provided with detachable power cords including an electromechanical power switch or, alternatively, a multi-position switch for the convenience of the user.
