摘要： An orthopedic screw fastener system, includes at least one screw, consisting in each case of a screw head and of a screw shank, the screw head being provided with a thread, and at least one plate with a thickness, provided with at least one through-bore which is able to receive a screw. The plate has a through-opening, formed by at least two through-bores, each through-bore being defined by a midpoint and by a radius, and the through-bores are offset relative to each other and intersect each other in such a way that intersection lines and/or intersection surfaces form, which extend into the depth of the through-opening.

摘要： In order to simplify the implantation of an orthopedic fixation system for securing a first bone fragment to a second bone fragment with a support screw which can be screwed into the first bone fragment by means of a bone thread, with a support sleeve surrounding the support screw and guiding this so as to be freely displaceable in longitudinal direction and with a bone plate which has at least one threaded bore, can be secured to the second bone fragment and into the threaded bore of which the support sleeve can be screwed by means of an external thread, it is suggested that the bone thread, on the one hand, and the threaded bore and the external thread, on the other hand, have the same pitch of the thread turns and that the bone thread have one thread turn and the threaded bore as well as the external thread have at least two thread turns located next to one another with a correspondingly smaller width of each thread turn.

At least one screw is a locking screw comprising a screw head and a screw shank, the screw head being provided with a thread. At least one other screw is a non-locking screw comprising a non-threaded (i.e., smooth) screw head and a screw shank. The at least one bone plate has a thickness and it has at least two through-bores which are able to receive screws. The plate has two or more through-openings, each formed by at least two through-bores, each through-bore being defined by a midpoint and by a radius, and the through-bores are offset relative to each other and intersect each other in such a way that intersection lines and/or intersection surfaces extend into the depth of the through-opening.

摘要： An intervertebral implant is provided for insertion between first and second vertebral bodies defining an intervertebral space. The intervertebral implant includes a first anchoring part for anchoring the intervertebral implant at the first vertebral body, a second anchoring part for anchoring the intervertebral implant at the second vertebral body, and a joint connecting the first and second anchoring parts. Joint elements of a first joint part are configured to mesh with respective ones of intermediate spaces of a second joint part and joint elements of the second joint part are configured to mesh with respective ones of intermediate spaces of the first joint part upon insertion of the intervertebral implant into the intervertebral space, thereby facilitating the tilting of the first and second anchoring parts in relation to one another.
