    • The manufacturing device for a liquid crystal panel which has a non-displaying area includes a two-dimensional code generating module configured for generating a rectangle-shaped two-dimensional code according to an amount of the data needed to be represented and a two-dimensional forming module configured for forming a photomask according to a figure of the rectangle-shaped two-dimensional code and forming the rectangle-shaped two-dimensional code on the non-displaying area of the liquid crystal panel. With the manufacturing device of the present disclosure, the rectangle-shaped two-dimensional code can be formed on the non-displaying area of the present disclosure. The width of the rectangle-shaped two-dimensional code is less than that of the present square-shaped two-dimensional code used for representing the same data, thus, the width of the non-displaying area can be reduced without reducing the area of the two-dimensional code to allow the liquid crystal display to have a narrow frame.

    • The present disclosure relates to a device for attaching a chip on film onto a panel and the method of use the device. The device comprises a platform for conveying the panel, a pressure head for carrying the chip on film, and a panel supporting mechanism in cooperation with the pressure head during use. The device further comprises a distance-adjusting mechanism for measuring a distance between the panel and the supporting mechanism after the panel is placed between the pressure head and the supporting mechanism, and reducing the distance. According to the device of the present disclosure, the distance between the panel and the supporting mechanism can be reduced, so that the deflection occurred during attachment of the chip on film can be avoided. Therefore, the quality of the final product obtained can be improved.

    • The present invention provides a liquid crystal display module configured with a color filter substrate, a TFT substrate, a layer of liquid crystal, and a sealant. The TFT substrate and the color filter substrate are arranged opposite to each other and the sealant is used to confine the layer of liquid crystal within the space defined between the TFT substrate and the color filter substrate. The color filter substrate includes a first glass substrate, a transparent conductive layer, and a black matrix. Wherein the transparent conductive layer is laminated over the black matrix and defines a recess which is located on a surface facing the layer of liquid crystal of the first glass substrate. The recess is surrounded by the black matrix, and end of the sealant abuts against the recess, and a width of the sealant is smaller than the width of the recess. The present invention further provides a LCD device incorporated with a LCD module as described. The present invention can readily provide a recognizable benchmark for identifying and checking the border of the sealant. The area of the sealant applied can be readily inspected and checked, therefore ensure the quality of the final product.
