摘要： [Problem] To suppress changes in the recess depth and shape of a three-dimensional molded shape, and to form a uniform protective layer or ornamental layer along the surface of the molded shape. Also, to provide uniform application to the entire irregularly-formed surface and to suppress air pockets and partial defects of bonding. [Solution] In an adherend W having a three-dimensional molded portion in which a plurality of concavities and/or convexities are molded in a regular arrangement, a thermoplastic coating film larger than the area of an adhesion region is integrally adhered by a three dimensional decorative molding procedure in a predetermined adhesion region that includes the three-dimensional molded portion. The predetermined adhesion region includes all of the three-dimensional molded portion and covers more than half the perimeter of the adherend W in center cross-sectional view.

A surrounding frame body (33) is brought into contact with an upper portion of a body to be coated to surround the decoration forming range, and the body to be coated is accommodated, and an upper space (A) in a sealed state and a lower space in a sealed state are formed. A surrounded space in a sealed state whose top and bottom are surrounded by a decorative film and the body to be coated in the decoration forming range is formed after the lower space and the upper space (A) in the sealed state are brought into a predetermined first pressure state where the pressures in the lower space and the upper space (A) are equal to each other. By instantaneously increasing the pressures in the lower space and the upper space (A) around the surrounded space from the pressure-reduced state to a second pressure state where the pressures are equal to each other while keeping the surrounded space at the first pressure state, partial decoration forming is performed on the decoration forming range in the surrounded space with the decorative film.

摘要： An upper opening accommodating chamber and a lower opening upper box are joined vertically together with a decorative film sandwiched therebetween to sealingly form a forming space in which the accommodating spaces and are coupled together, and each of the upper and the lower spaces of the forming space is pressure-controlled to bring, under reduced pressure, the decorative film into close contact with a surface of a part of the adherend accommodated in the forming space. The accommodating chamber includes a recessed receiving jig enclosing a predetermined forming portion of the entire adherend from the inside of the portion to a side periphery, and only the portion surrounded by the receiving jig is partially vacuum formed.
