The housing defines a first connecting hole positioned along a center housing axis and a second connecting member spaced from the first connecting member and parallel to the housing axis. The first connecting member, the second connecting member, and the rotation member can be installed in the housing in that order. One connecting head communicates with the first connecting member, the second connecting member, and the rotation member in that order via the first connecting hole, and the other connecting head communicates with the first connecting member, the second connecting member, and the rotation member in that order, via the second connecting hole.

The clamping assembly includes a cylinder mounted on the cutter, an assembly member mounted on the cylinder, a moving member, and at least two clamping members. The cylinder defines an inner cavity, and a first air intake and a second air intake communicated to the inner cavity. The moving member is movably mounted in the inner cavity and partially received in the assembly member, and capable of telescopic translation relative the assembly member. The clamping members are movably mounted on the assembly member and engaged with the moving member. The clamping members are translatably urged by the moving member in a direction relative the axis defined by the assembly member.

摘要： An apparatus for automatic placement of gaskets on a housing includes a base, the second feeding mechanism, a first detecting member, a bearing mechanism, an assembly mechanism, and a controller. The first detecting member can detect the position of the gaskets relative to the preset position. The detected results are transmitted to the controller by the first detecting member. The controller controls the second feeding mechanism to accurately adjust the position of the gaskets to preset position. Therefore, a projection of the gasket is accurately engaged in a mounting hole of the housing by the assembly mechanism.

摘要： A method for machining and finishing a metallic member to provide a finished product without any additional process uses a lathe and a milling process. A non-circular metallic member on a worktable is rotated, and lathe tool moved backwards and forwards to machine the peripheral top portion of the metallic member. The path of the lathe tool machines curved surfaces of the top portion of the metallic member. The rotation of the metallic member is then stopped, and a milling cutter is brought to meet the peripheral sidewall of the metallic member. The movement and feeding of the milling cutter is predetermined. The worktable rotates the metallic member to enable one end edge of the peripheral sidewall and then another to face the milling cutter, and have the end edge chamfered by the milling cutter.
