摘要： The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a core plug of a gas turbine vane, and more particularly to plan and design a core plug formation using brazing comprising: a first step of designing and planning a formation of a core plug; a second step of cutting a Hastelloy X plate according to the design of the core plug; a third step of fabricating a preform of the core plug; a fourth step of spot-welding a trailing edge; a fifth step of pasting a brazing filler; a sixth step of performing brazing heat treatment; a seventh step of performing grinding a brazed portion; an eighth step of performing a grit blasting.
According to the method for manufacturing a core plug of a gas turbine vane using brazing of the present invention above-mentioned, there is a significant effect of reducing manufacturing cost by in which the process is simple, and there is no deformation, shrinkages, cracks, and the like, in contrast with a conventional welding method.

摘要： The present invention provides a thermoplastic lignin polycondensate. The thermoplastic lignin polycondensate produces no fumes and odor even at a normal melt processing temperature. The melt viscosity of the thermoplastic lignin polycondensate can be measured even when heated to 200° C. or more. The thermoplastic lignin polycondensate can be prepared by selectively activating the hydroxyl reactive groups of lignin to suppress the crosslinking reaction of the hydroxyl reactive groups, which allows a linear or grafted linear growth of the lignin polycondensate.

摘要： A fuel cell system includes a first heating structure that increases an internal temperature of the stack by passing exhaust gas of the process burner through the stack; and a second heating structure that increases the internal temperature of the stack by passing heated cooling water through the stack after the cooling water is heated by heat exchange with the exhaust gas of the process burner. Accordingly, when rapid heating of a stack is necessary like during a start up operation, a time required for the fuel cell system to reach a normal operation can be greatly reduced since the stack can be simultaneously heated using high temperature exhaust gas and heated cooling water.

The light-condensing layer includes a plurality of light-condensing portions formed on a second surface of the base layer along a first direction crossing a longitudinal side and a vertical side of the optical sheet that meet each other at the second surface. The light-condensing portions are extended in a second direction crossing the first direction to be tilted with respect to the longitudinal side and the vertical side. The light-reflecting portions are formed in the first surface corresponding to a plurality of recesses where the light-condensing portions meet each other to be formed in the second direction. The center of the light-reflecting portion is spaced apart from the recessed in the first direction. Thus, a plurality of optical sheets such as a diffusion sheet and a light-condensing sheet may be omitted.

摘要： A method of starting a fuel cell system and a fuel cell system including: a fuel cell stack having a phosphoric acid polymer electrolyte membrane, in which an electrochemical reaction occurs using hydrogen and oxygen; a cooling water circulating unit that supplies heated cooling water to the stack to increase the temperature of the stack; and an air circulating unit that provides heated air, as a source of the oxygen, to the stack. The circulating unit can include a heating unit to directly heat the air and/or a heat exchanger to heat the air using air exhausted from the stack. The temperature of the stack can be rapidly increased by supplying the heated air and by generating an endothermic reaction in the stack. The condensation of water vapor in the stack is repressed while the stack is heated, by the heating of the air and/or by increasing the pressure of the air.
