    • Provided is a coating layer for cutting tools, as a hard coating layer stacked and formed in the sequence of a TiN layer, a TiCN layer, a bonding layer, an alumina (Al2O3) layer, and a cover layer from the bottom by using a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method on a parent material, able to improve cutting performance, because surface residual stress of the coating layer may be maintained in a compressive stress state by adjusting a composition of the cover layer without using a separate additional process, such as a blasting operation, or a mixed process of CVD and physical vapor deposition (PVD), and simultaneously the cover layer may also be used as a wear-resistant layer.The coating layer according to present invention is formed on a surface of a parent material by using a CVD method, in which the coating layer includes an alumina layer formed of an α-phase, disposed on the parent material and composed of a composite structure having a columnar crystal structure and an equiaxed crystal structure mixed therein, and a cover layer formed of AlxTiySizCrwN (herein, x+y+z+w=1, x≧0.75, y≧0.2, 0≦z≦0.06, 0≦w≦0.08) and disposed on the alumina layer.

When an arbitrary terminal requests Internet protocol address assignment after an authentication procedure of the mobile WiMax network system is performed, the private access control router determines whether the arbitrary terminal is registered in the WiMax Control Management (WCM) server in dependence upon identification information of the terminal acquired by communicating with the WiMax Control Management (WCM) server. If the arbitrary terminal is registered in the WiMax Control Management (WCM) server, the private access control router assigns preset private network information to the terminal and to the private network.

    • A system for interconnecting wired and wireless phone services in accordance with the present invention includes at least one of first wired terminals; public/private mobile communication terminals which are registered in public and private mobile communication networks; a private base station which constructs a wireless communication path with an arbitrary mobile communication terminal in its service area and manages wireless resources for the mobile communication; and a wired and wireless interconnecting apparatus which is connected to a public phone network and the private base station, constructs an internal network formed of the first wired terminals and the public/private mobile communication terminals to endow each of the terminals with a wired phone number, makes a call to a wired terminal in the case that there is a call to an arbitrary first wired terminal, and performs a switching function to simultaneously make a call to the public/private mobile communication terminal assigned to the first wired terminal. Therefore, a general wired subscriber is provided with the wired phone service and a service of portability through a wireless terminal, and the subscriber's accounting burden can be reduced.

    • An apparatus, method and system for matching subscriber states in network in which public land mobile network and wired/wireless private network are interworked are disclosed. The system matches subscriber state information of the public network to subscriber state information of the private network by allowing the private network to transmit state information of a mobile station toward the public network, the mobile station being located in a public and private cell area. The method includes the steps of a) allowing the private network to check state of a mobile station located in a public and private cell area and transmit the subscriber state information associated with the mobile station toward the public network; and b) allowing the public network to receive the subscriber state information and update the state of the mobile station in a visitor location register. The step a) is carried out when the state of the mobile station is changed or when an incoming signal from the public network is directed to the mobile station, which is in a local-area call connection state.
