    • A non-square cross-section gable top carton has an enlarged pour spout opening. The gable top is openable at one side and is formed from opposing outer gable walls, opposing inner gable walls and a spout wall. The outer gable walls have a plurality of pairs of angled creases formed therein. A first pair of creases corresponds to angled creases separating the inner gable walls from the spout wall. A second pair of angled creases are adjacent respective first creases and extend from about first terminal locations with the first creases to third terminal locations proximate the fin and rearward of the first crease second terminal locations. The third terminal locations are at a rearward distance from a front edge of the carton a distance greater than one-half of the width of the carton. A blank for forming the carton is also disclosed.

    • The system includes a rigid container having a fitment coupling, and a flexible pouch with a fitment thereon which is placed within a recess of the rigid container. The fitment has an annular attachment member which engages with a mating member on the fitment coupling. In this manner, the fitment is secured to the rigid container thereby allowing an user/consumer to dispense the contents of the flexible pouch by gripping the container. In an alternate embodiment, the rigid container permits the user to grasp the pouch to dispense the contents without raising the rigid container from a table. Various fitments may be employed in practicing the present invention such as flip cap, screw cap, tamper-proof fitments, and the like.

    • A closing flap or clip is adapted to cap the edge of a carton in a first position and to free the access to a part of the edge in a second position. The flap passes from the first position to the second position by pivoting around a geometric axis that is perpendicular to the carton edge. The flap is formed from two panels or webs that are configured to fit on each of both sides of the edge when in the first position. First ends of the panels are crossed by the geometric axis. The flap has a hinge linking the two webs and includes means for connecting second ends of the opposing webs to their respective first ends.

    • A data backup and restore method and system for a multiple computer system environment is provided. The method/system comprises an automated approach for backing up and if necessary restoring computer system data from a first computer system to an auxiliary storage pool of a second computer system. At the first computer system, a renaming of system data to be backed up is accomplished such that the renamed system data designates the first computer system as the source system of the system data and comprises a name different from any name of system data at the second computer system. The renamed system data is then backup stored by the first computer system to the auxiliary storage pool of the second computer system. Multiple computer systems in the multisystem environment can be backed up to the same target computer system, either to the same auxiliary storage pool or to different auxiliary storage pools. Partial or complete restore of the backed up system data is also discussed.
