摘要： Method of heating the charge of a glass furnace in which at least one burner is placed in a wall of a furnace so as to heat the bath of glass, characterized in that at least one assembly consisting of a first and a second burner which are fed with fuel gas and with oxidizer gas containing at least 50 vol. % of oxygen is arranged in one of the walls of the furnace at a distance (D) at least equal to approximately 3 meters from each other, in that an oxygen lance is arranged between the first and second burners, the first burner, the second burner and the lance forming a combustion assembly and in that from approximately 30 vol. % to approximately 80 vol. % of oxidizer gas is sent into the lance and from approximately 20 vol. % to approximately 70 vol. % of oxidizer gas is sent to the first and second burners in substantially equal proportions, so as to create a retarded combustion of the fuel and oxidizer gases and to extend substantially the length of the flame compared with the length of the flame obtained with no oxidizer gas injected into the lance.

摘要： A combustion assembly adapted for a furnace is provided. The assembly includes an axis comprising at least one pair of burners having axes. An oxidant lance is arranged between the burners of the pair and has a lance axis. A source of oxidant is connected to the burners and to the lance. The combustion assembly can provide uniform heating of a charge of glass in a furnace.

摘要： An improved method of fractionation of a gaseous mixture by adsorption, in which the efficiency of extraction and the content of the desired constituent in the gaseous fraction extracted are increased, the method utilizing two or more adsorption lines, each including at least one adsorber comprising an adsorbent mass which preferentially adsorbs at least one constituent of the gaseous mixture, the first adsorption line comprising:A constant-pressure extraction stage, during which the gaseous mixture is introduced into the inlet of said line, circulates from the inlet to the outlet of at least one adsorber in said line in the adsorption direction, at a high pressure in said adsorber, so as to obtain at the outlet of said line a gaseous fraction impoverished in at least one constituent of said gaseous mixture;A regeneration stage comprising a period of falling pressure, during which the outlet of the adsorption line is closed and there is extracted at the inlet of said line a gaseous fraction enriched in at least one constituent of said gaseous mixture, while reducing the pressure in the adsorber to a low pressure for said adsorber;And a pressure-increase stage, during which the pressure in said adsorber is increased to the high pressure for said adsorber.The invention is applicable to any process of fractionation by adsorption and in particular to the purification of hydrogen from a steam re-forming unit.

摘要： This invention relates to a method of treating a gaseous mixture by adsorption making use of at least one group of three adsorbers which operate in three phases, viz. a high pressure production phase, a first adsorber regeneration phase and re-pressurization phase, and the invention consists in providing a balancing between a first adsorber and a second adsorber which precedes a balancing between said first adsorber and a buffer container: the de-pressurization which occurs in the said regeneration phase includes an additional de-pressuration which extends over the whole of the de-pressurization phase from a high production pressure to a low cleansing pressure and which takes place in the direction opposite the direction of production.
