    • A wireless apparatus and an interference determination method thereof are provided. The wireless apparatus determines that the wireless apparatus operates in a first bandwidth mode, and counts a first clear channel assessment (CCA) number associated with a primary channel, a second CCA number associated with a secondary channel, an entire CCA number associated with either the primary channel or the secondary channel, and the false alarm number according to at least one received radio frequency (RF) signal. Afterwards, the wireless apparatus determines that the second CCA number exceeds the summation of the first CCA number and bias number to determine that it is in an interference state, and determines that the interference state belongs to either the first interference type or second interference type according to the radio of the entire CCA number to the FA number.

    • A wireless transmission method for broadcasting packets to a plurality of receiving devices includes: broadcasting a plurality of packets to the receiving devices, receiving signals transmitted from the receiving devices, generating a plurality of estimation results according to the signals transmitted from the receiving devices where each of the estimation results corresponds to a receiving quality while each of the receiving devices receives the packets, determining whether each of the receiving devices is suitable for receiving the packets according to each of the estimation results and a recipient condition and storing information of at least one of the receiving devices suitable for receiving the packets, and determining whether the at least one of the receiving devices needs to receive a broadcasted packet again according to the information and signals transmitted from the at least one of the receiving devices suitable for receiving the packets.

    • A cellular phone to be investigated is placed within an RF shielding bag that is formed with conductive materials. A computer transmits investigation commands to a data acquisition device to obtain data stored in the cellular phone. An RF emitter also placed within the RF shielding bag is coupled between the data acquisition device and the cellular phone. At least a portion of a signal line connecting the data acquisition device to the RF emitter is outside the RF shielding bag and may act as an antenna that transmits unwanted RF signals to the cellular phone. The RF emitter corrupts such incoming RF signals not shielded by the RF shielding bag. This helps ensure a forensic sound investigation of the cellular phone.
