摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing hollow bodies from thermoplastic material, comprising the molding of at least two sheet-like, web-shaped preforms of plasticated thermoplastic material in a multi-part tool forming a cavity to form two complementary shells, and also the joining together of the shells to form a substantially closed hollow body, wherein the preforms are brought between open parts of the tool which each have part-cavities, the parts of the tool are then closed against a tool separator arranged between the preforms, and the preforms are inserted into the part-cavities with the use of differential pressure and molded. In a subsequent separate method step, the tools are reopened and internal components of the hollow body to be produced are fastened to the shells. Finally, the shells are joined together by reclosing the tools to form a closed hollow body.

摘要： The invention concerns a mold tool for the production of extrusion blow molded products, comprising at least three mold portions (2a, 2b, 3) which define a mold cavity (4) and of which two are in the form of outer molds (2a, 2b) and one is in the form of a central mold (3). The outer molds (2a, 2b) and the central mold (3) are displaceable from and towards each other in the sense of an opening and closing movement of the tool. 摘要： The invention concerns a process for the production of an article enclosing built-in fitment components in the form of a hollow body of thermoplastic material. The hollow body is preferably in the form of a fuel tank. The process includes the extrusion of one or more preforms in web or tube form of plasticized material between the opened portions of a mold tool forming a cavity, wherein at least one built-in fitment component to be enclosed by the finished article is placed between the portions of the mold tool and the tool is closed around the preforms and the built-in fitment component, wherein the preforms within the cavity enclosed by the tool acquire the external configuration of the article. The built-in fitment component is pressed during or directly after the shaping operation against the inside wall of the article while still plastic so that the plastic material of the hollow body penetrates through at least one recess or opening of the built-in fitment component and flows therebehind.

摘要： The invention concerns a process for the production of hollow bodies of thermoplastic material. In the process according to the invention preforms in web or band form of plasticized material are shaped in a multi-part tool forming a mold cavity comprising two outer molds and at least one central mold which perform an opening and closing movement relative to each other. The central mold is provided with at least one component holder which can be moved of and into the tool plane defined by the central mold. In a first step the component holder is fitted with at least one insert portion, then the insert portion is placed by means of the component holder against the inside wall of an outer mold. In a further step introduction and shaping of the preforms within the tool is effected in a two-stage procedure, wherein firstly the preforms are respectively applied against a contour forming a part of the mold cavity by means of increased pressure and/or reduced pressure and shaped and then the intermediate products forming respective parts of the hollow body are joined together to form a finished product.
