    • A display panel control device includes display panels, light sensors and control units. The display panels contain respectively plural illuminating elements to function for illumination. A quantity of the light sensor is equivalent to that of the display panel that each display panel includes one light sensor. A quantity of the control unit is equivalent to that of the display panel that each display panel includes one control unit. The control unit in each display panel is electrically connected with the light sensor, and is also electrically connected with each other. Therefore, the display panels can support one another to automatically fetch and adjust output power ratio of the illuminating elements in each display panel, each display panel can feed back a malfunctioning message of the light sensor, the output power ratio of each illuminating element of each display panel can be controlled actively, and maintenance can be facilitated.

    • The present invention provides a gray scale data bit allocation processing method within a light-emitting diode driving integrated circuit device, and includes the following steps: 1. Dividing original gray scale data into high-bit data and low-bit data within a light-emitting diode driving integrated circuit device; 2. Converting the low-bit data into multi-bit stack data having fewer bits; 3. Adding the high-bit data to the stack data to form display data; 4. Converting each of the original gray scale data into multiple display data having less quantity of data; 5. Displaying a picture using the display data with a higher refresh rate. Accordingly, the present invention is provided with the effectiveness to use less quantity of data to achieve more gray, as well as improving the picture refresh rate of the high-bit portions.

    • The present invention provides a message display panel structure including a combination outer frame and a waterproof housing. Grooved joining portions are located on a periphery of an inner side of the combination outer frame, and a rear panel is located at a rear side of the combination outer frame. The waterproof housing is configured with a plurality of light emitting display modules, a plurality of bottom housings, a power supply unit, a signal control box and a signal scanning panel. A rear side of the waterproof housing is mutually joined to the joining portions of the combination outer frame, fixing position thereof, by means of rotating shaft L strips. Accordingly, the present invention is provided with effectiveness of a structure that is simple and fast to assemble, provides labor saving maintenance, has excellent waterproofing quality and improves safety.
