    • A load-regulating device for scroll type compressors comprising a compressor housing, a bracket body, a partition block, a gliding block, a pair of scrolls and a plurality of air chambers, wherein the gliding block being coupled with the pair of scrolls for defining a plurality of air chambers on the scrolls, the pressure variation in the air chambers is then utilized for causing the motion of the gliding block, enabling the compressor to cause the gliding block by means of the pressure variation to motion upwardly as the compressor is actuated, and preventing the fluid in the high-pressure chamber from leaking towards the low-pressure chamber, thus allowing the compressors to quickly build up the pressure; the gliding block is caused by the pressure variation to motion downwardly at times when the compression ratio is excessively high, so as to relieve part of the load, thus improving the performance and reliability of the compressors.

    • A baffle plate assembly has a baffle plate comprising a back plate and a partition wall. The back plate has an inner space and is attached to the housing of the compressor. The partition wall is formed on the back plate to divide the inner space of the back plate into at least one upper guiding channel communicating with the compressing chamber in the compressor and at least one lower guiding channel communicating with the motor chamber of the compressor. Accordingly, the working fluid can be respectively led into the compressing chamber and the motor chamber of the compressor through the at least one upper guiding channel and the at least one lower guiding channel in a certain proportion. Consequently, the compressor will operate at an optimal condition.

    • The present invention is a motor of rotor with built-in permanent magnet, which includes an annular stator and a rotor. The annular stator has a cylindrical interior into which the rotor is inserted. A space is formed between a circumference surface of cylindrical interior and rotor. The rotor further includes a rotor core, and a plurality of openings are formed surrounding the rotor core. Each opening is with two parallel surfaces, a top surface and a bottom surface, and each of them is a flat plate figure. A suitable distance is between two side surfaces and an outer circumference of the rotor, and the two side surfaces of adjacent openings are spaced by a channel fo suitable width. A plurality of permanent magnets are arranged in openings by way of interlaced magnetic poles, and the shape of permanent matches the shape of the opening.

    • A back pressure regulation mechanism is incorporated in a scroll compressor. The compressor includes a fixed scroll and a spacing member fixed inside a casing to define a high pressure chamber behind the fixed scroll. The back pressure regulation mechanism includes a boss formed on the fixed scroll and extending through the spacing member into the high pressure chamber whereby a first force caused by pressure difference acts upon the boss and thus the fixed scroll, a plurality of bores defined in the spacing member, each bore being in communication with the high pressure chamber and the fixed scroll, and a back pressure regulation device accommodated in each bore and including a pin received in the bore and movable between upper and lower limit positions, a washer engaging the fixed scroll and a disk spring arranged between the pin and the washer. A second force caused by the pressure difference acts upon the pin and is transmitted to the fixed scroll via the disk spring and the washer. The second force is proportional to the pressure difference when the pin is moving from the upper limit position to the lower limit position and the second force becomes a constant when the pin reaches the lower limit position. The first and second forces together provide a back pressure to the fixed scroll.
