    • A driving method adapted to a bistable display including a display panel is provided. The driving method includes following steps. A first area data and a second area data respectively received are sequentially stored in a first queue and a second queue, respectively. A first area image corresponding to the first area data and a second area image corresponding to the second area data are sequentially calculated. The first area image is displayed on the display panel during a first frame period of a first period, and the second area image is displayed on the display panel during a second first frame period of the first period. After the first period, the first area image on the display panel is in a stable state. After a summation time of first period and the second frame period, the second area image on the display panel is in a stable state.

    • A drive apparatus for a bistable displayer and a method thereof are provided for driving a bistable displayer with a plurality of pixels. The drive apparatus includes an initialization unit, a receiving unit and a display drive unit. The initialization unit is for generating at least one initial potential level to all pixels to perform initialization. The receiving unit is for receiving a plurality of gray levels. The display drive unit generates a waveform signal based on every gray level. The pulse width of the waveform signal relates to the value of the gray level. The waveform signal is then transmitted to a corresponding pixel to drive the pixel to be displayed.

    • A device for setting up common voltage is provided. The device includes a voltage-dividing circuit, a coupler, a switch and a testing module. The voltage-dividing circuit divides a DC bias according to a voltage-dividing proportion and produces a common voltage for the coupler. The switch determines whether to transfer the output of the coupler to a display panel according to the output of the testing module. The testing module sends a constant voltage to all the data lines in the display panel and fixes the scan signal period and frame switching rate of the display panel to measure the kickback voltage of the display panel. The testing module adjusts the voltage-dividing proportion of the voltage-dividing circuit according to the kickback voltage. When the common voltage level is equal to the kickback voltage level, the testing module turns on the switch to transfer the common voltage level to the display panel.

    • An apparatus for driving a display includes a shift register, a first latch unit, a second latch unit, a data comparison unit and a level select unit. The shift register generates multiple latch signals according to a sync signal. The first latch unit latches a data signal in response to the latch signals to obtain multiple first data corresponding to multiple channels. The second latch unit is coupled to the first latch unit and latches the first data of the channels as multiple second data in response to a latch data signal.
