摘要： A balance trainer having a dome and a base formed integrally is provided. Also, a mold assembly for manufacturing the balance trainer that has a dome mold, a girdle, and a cover is provided. The girdle is sleeved on the dome mold and the cover is fixed on the girdle and thereby a cavity is formed in the mold assembly. Furthermore, a manufacturing process of the balance trainer is also provided. The process has the following steps: preparing ingredients of the dome and the base; feeding the ingredients of the dome into the dome mold; fixing a membrane on the dome mold via the girdle; feeding the ingredients of the base; sealing the ingredients via the cover; and then rotational molding. With the process and the mold, the rotational molding step can mold two materials at the same time, so the product can have two parts with different hardness.

摘要： The present invention relates to a structure of exercise cord, which includes at least one elastic cord having two ends of which at least one is provided with a grip. The grip has two ends at top side extending between which is a handhold and a base seat is provided at the side opposite to the handhold. The base seat forms three retainer seats that extend through a bottom of the base seat. Each of the retainer seats has an upper end forming a circumferential recess and including therein a clamp extending to middle of the retainer seat. Three anchoring plugs are each provided with a retention rim at an upper end thereof and forming a cord extension hole in a lower end and also including a coupling section formed on a side thereof. The three anchoring plugs are respectively receivable in the thee retainer seats.

摘要： A magnetized fan and a method of fabricating the same are disclosed. The fan has a hub and a plurality of blades radially extending from a periphery of the hub. The fan is fabricated from magnetic material. Thereby, sectors are formed multiple N and S poles. To fabricate the fan, the N and S poles are arranged in accordance with the requirement of the sectors, and the magnetic material is injected to the fan according to the arrangement of the N and S poles. The magnetic material is then magnetized to generate magnetic force.
