    • A method for transmitting uplink control information includes: determining, by a User Equipment (UE), configuration information of its Component Carrier (CC); receiving, by UE, a downlink data packet of each CC, and generating acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement ACK/NACK information of the CC to be fed back for each CC independently; and determining indicator information for indicating the ACK/NACK information of the UE that is to be fed back to an evolved Node-B eNB and a channel resource for sending the indicator information according to the configuration information of its CC and whether it is required to send a Scheduling Requirement (SR) information, and sending an indicator message using the determined channel resource.

    • A method for allocating an Acknowledgement/Negative Acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) channel by a Base Station (BS) in a Frequency Division Duplexing (FDD) system is provided. The method includes allocating downlink resources in one or more cells to a User Equipment (UE), transmitting, Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) information and downlink data using the downlink resources, allocating at least four ACK/NACK channels to the UE, receiving ACK/NACK information for the PDCCH information and the downlink data fed back by using two antennas from the UE, and performing re-transmission or transmitting new data according to the ACK/NACK information, wherein at least two of the at least four ACK/NACK channels are the same as at least two ACK/NACK channels allocated by the BS in a mode not using a Spatial Orthogonal Resource Transmit Diversity (SORTD) scheme, and the at least two of the at least four ACK/NACK channels are allocated to different antennas.

    • Disclosed is a method for transmitting MBSFN subframe configuration information of neighboring cells in a wireless system, the method comprises steps of: transmitting, by a base station of a serving cell, MBSFN subframe configuration information of the serving cell to a UE which accepts services from the serving cell via a broadcast control channel (BCCH); transmitting, by the base station of the serving cell, information on a subset relationship of MBSFN subframe configurations of the neighboring cells relative to the MBSFN subframe configuration of the serving cell to the UE which accepts services from the serving cell via the broadcast control channel (BCCH); performing, by the UE, measurements on the neighboring cells according to the subframe configuration information of the serving cell and the information on the subset relationship of the MBSFN subframe configurations of the neighboring cells relative to the MBSFN subframe configuration of the serving cell. With the method of the present invention, the UE can learn about the MBSFN subframe configuration information of the neighboring cells in a more accurately manner. Therefore, more subframes can be measured to improve measurement precision. Meanwhile, the present invention is based on redefinition of messages in the existing method, and thus no extra signaling overhead will be introduced.
