The strap assembly includes a top flange (18), a bottom flange (19) and a strap (25) extending between the top flange and bottom flange. The strap has an inner surface (30) defines a plurality of raised or serrated edges (30)a and three elongated openings (36). The mounting flange includes a back surface (71) which has an elongated recess (77) with an exterior facing wall surface or floor (82) that has a texture of raised or serrated edges (84). Three elongated openings (87) extend through the mounting flange. The hinge further includes a strap assembly adjustment plate (100) configured to fit against the inner surface of the strap. The strap assembly adjustment plate has three countersunk round openings (102) there through. The mounting flange adjustment plate (101) is configured to fit against the exterior facing surface. The mounting flange adjustment plate has three round openings (103) there through which are configured to cooperate with the openings in the mounting flange. The strap assembly adjustment plate provides a back side (106) that is characterized by a plurality of raised serrated edges (108). Similarly, the mounting flange adjustment plate provides a front side (116) that is characterized by a plurality of raised serrated edges (118).

The fastener is made from a casing blank by folding bridges linking two casing sides to a parallel position over a hook and cam assembly and then swagging a tab on an end opposite the bridge over the other casing side.

摘要： A convertible cylinder lock handle comprises a hub, a handle extending from the hub, and a drive shaft extending from the hub along an axis of handle rotation. The hub has a channel sized to receive a lock cylinder and a slot that extends along and spacially communicates with the channel sized to receive a spring loaded lock cylinder bolt. The lock handle also has a bolt lock plate sized to be received in reversible orientations within the slot that has two stops spaced apart a distance to receive and entrap the cylinder bolt therebetween. One of the stops has a ramp for camming engagement with the spring loaded cylinder bolt whereby in one lock plate orientation the bolt is locked out of the lock plate and in its reversed orientation the lock plate receives and entraps the bolt. The handle is particularly suited for use on delivery van type vehicles as it is fully compatible with existing lock cylinders that may be removed with spanner tools without having to disassemble the handle. This enables van fleet users and body manufacturers to determine key numbers after the handles have been installed.
