The flash memory device includes a memory cell array, an inversion determining unit to generate a programming page through inverting or not inverting a data page based on a number of ‘1’s and ‘0’s in the data page, a programming unit to store the generated programming page in the memory cell array; and a data verifying unit to read the programming page stored in the memory cell array, to restore the data page from the programming page according to whether an error exists in the read programming page, and to output the restored data page, and thereby can equalize a wear-level of a memory cell.

The flash memory includes a map block having a first mapping table containing a physical address allocated to each of blocks constituting a data block and status information of each of the blocks, a second mapping table containing mapping information between the physical address and a logical address on each of the blocks in the first mapping table from which error blocks are excluded, and a third mapping table in which most recent mapping information is written and processed by a specified value to minimize an update operation of the second mapping table.

摘要： A breast shaping method using a barbed suture and a suture handling device. The breast shaping method includes inserting a tensioning barbed suture in medialmost and lateralmost portion of the inframammary fold from deep soft tissues (muscle/pericondrium-periostium to and along the subdermal layer of the inframammary fold, with an end portion of the barbed suture being left outside of the skin, thereby allowing the barbed suture to be tensioned, tensioning the end portion of the barbed suture arranged by the insertion of the barbed suture, so that the barbed suture pulls tissues of the subdermal layer, thereby lifting the inframammary fold and defining a nice indentation of the inframammary fold, and cutting the end portion of the barbed suture outside of the skin after the tensioning of the barbed suture.
