摘要： In a method and projection device to mark a surface of a three-dimensional examination subject, relief data (RD) of the surface are acquired and are used to establish a measurement information marking. A reference position value is determined, which represents a position of a radiation device of the projection device relative to the surface. A calculation of pre-distortion of the established measurement information is calculated in a processor marking depending on the relief data and the reference position value. A visually perceptible pre-distorted measurement information marking is radiated from the radiation device in the direction of the surface.

摘要： A magnetic resonance apparatus includes a patient couch with a couch surface on which a patient is supportable. In the patient couch, lower local coils for receiving excited magnetic resonance signals of the patient are arranged below the couch surface. On an upper side of the patient couch, connecting devices are arranged to sides. The magnetic resonance device includes upper local coils that are detachably connected mechanically and electrically with the connecting devices. The lower local coils and the upper local coils are connected to electronics that at least include a respective pre-amplifier and are connected via connection lines arranged outside the patient couch to an evaluation device. In a state in which the upper local coils are connected to the connecting devices, the upper local coils are fixed mechanically to the patient couch and cover the patient in a dome shape. The electronics are arranged in the patient couch.

摘要： An apparatus for determining a position of a medical instrument within a patient receiving zone of a magnetic resonance tomography device is provided. The apparatus includes a sensor and a computing and control device. The sensor is arranged on or in the medical instrument, includes at least one magnetic field sensor for obtaining measured values of a magnetic flux density, and may be connected to the computing and control device for data transfer purposes. The computing and control device is embodied to control magnetic fields of the magnetic resonance tomography device and to determine the position of the medical instrument. The measured values of the at least one magnetic field sensor and control signals for controlling the magnetic fields of the magnetic resonance tomography device are included in the determination of the position of the medical instrument.

摘要： In a method and medical imaging system to prepare an interventional and/or diagnostic imaging procedure to be conducted with at least two different medical imaging modalities of the system, a patient is positioned on a patient support device and the patient support device, together with the patient, are moved into a patient acquisition region of a first medical imaging modality of the system. A first image data set of the patient to be examined is acquired with the first medical imaging modality. The first image data set is automatically evaluated in a data evaluation unit. At least patient parameter is automatically calculated from the evaluated first image data set. At least one compatibility value is automatically calculated depending on the at least one patient parameter and depending on at least one apparatus parameter of at least one additional medical imaging modality in the system. The compatibility value indicates whether the additional modality is compatible with the patient in order to conduct another of the procedures using that additional modality.

摘要： An apparatus is provided for obtaining a spatial instrument image of a medical instrument with a magnetic resonance tomography device, wherein the apparatus includes a medical instrument, a magnetic resonance tomography device, and a computing and control device. The medical instrument includes at least one marker material in at least one region, the marker material having a nuclear spin resonance outside of the proton resonance and wherein the computing and control device is configured to control the magnetic resonance tomography device such that a nuclear spin tomography imaging may be implemented by the magnetic resonance tomography device with the nuclear spin resonance of the at least one marker material in order to obtain a spatial instrument image, and wherein the computing and control device is configured to accept the instrument image. A corresponding medical instrument and a corresponding method are also provided.
