    • The present invention refers to a dye mixture comprising an azo dye of the formula (I) and one or more dyes of the general formula (II) wherein R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen, alkoxy [OR3] or substituted alkoxy [O(CH2)n R4], in which n can be 1 to 6 R3 is alkyl or alkenyl each of which can be optionally substituted by a unsubstituted or a substituted saturated or unsaturated 5–, 6–, or 7 -membered heterocyclic or homocyclic residue; R4 is a group of the formula (1) or (2) wherein R5 is hydrogen for n more than 1, alkyl for n more than 1, alkenyl, aryl, alkoxyalkyl, aryloxyalkyl, carbonylalkyl, carbonylalkenyl, carbonylaryl, carbonylalkoxyalkyl or carbonylaryloxyalkyl; R6 is alkoxy, alkenyloxy, aryloxy, arylalkoxy, aryloxyalkoxy, alkenyloxyalkyloxy or alkoxyalkoxy, a method for the preparation of such mixtures and a method for colouring a synthetic textile material or fibre blend thereof using such mixtures.

    • A split rim eyeglass frame mounting system is provided. The locking mechanism comprises a lens holder for surrounding and securing a rim of a ophthalmic lens. The lens holder is split at a position to define first and second portions. A locking element is disposed on the first portion and extends towards the second portion. The element includes a base and a locking portion. The base portion is disposed at a proximal end of the element adjacent to the first portion. The locking portion is disposed at a distal end of the element and is greater in width than the base portion. The locking portion includes a slot at its distal end. The slot defines oppositely disposed resilient first and second tabs. A locking compartment is disposed on the second portion. The locking compartment includes first and second cooperating recesses for receiving and securing the first and second tabs respectively.

    • Systems and methods are disclosed for managing customers using customer segmentation. In one embodiment, a customer relationship manager may implement a customer management architecture to define one or more customer segmentation rules based on one or more business metrics, and to organize customers into one or more customer groups based on the one or more customer segmentation rules. The customer relationship manager may then establish a customer segment based on the one or more customer groups, and develop a segment management plan for managing customers in the customer segment. Using the customer management architecture, the customer relationship manager may further set a growth target for the customer segment, and track performance of the customer segment in achieving the growth target.
