A cellulose acylate film, which contains a hydrogen-bonding compound satisfying the following requirements (A) to (C), and at least one hydrophobizing agent selected from a polyalcohol ester-base hydrophobizing agent, a polycondensate ester-base hydrophobizing agent and a carbohydrate derivative-base hydrophobizing agent: (A) the compound has both a hydrogen-bonding donor part and a hydrogen-bonding acceptor part in one molecule, (B) the value computed by dividing the molecular weight of the compound by the total number of the hydrogen-bonding donor number and the hydrogen-bonding acceptor number in the compound is from 30 to 65, and (C) the total number of the aromatic ring structures in the compound is from 1 to 3.
