摘要： Provided is a braking device configured to release a cord in a non-bent state so that the operation force required to pull cords is reduced and the behavior of slats is stabilized during an automatic fall, and a sunlight shielding device using the braking device. A braking device for braking movement of a cord includes a movement converter configured to convert movement of a cord into movement of another member. The movement converter includes sandwiching object configured to allow the cord to be sandwiched. The sandwiching object is configured to change a sandwiched state so that the cord is sandwiched by the sandwiching object when the cord and the sandwiching object move relatively in one direction and the cord is released in a non-bent state when the cord and the sandwiching object move relatively in another direction.

摘要： An operation apparatus of a sunlight shielding apparatus is provided which is equipped with a fail-safe function so as not to hinder behavior of a dweller or the like, and, in usual operation, unnecessary activation of the fail-safe function is prevented, so that enhanced operability can be realized. In a sunlight shielding apparatus in which an operation cord of an endless type is suspended from a pulley supported so as to be capable of rotating in a head box, and a driving shaft is rotated based on an operation of the operation cord by way of the pulley so as to drive a shielding member, the operation cord 16 is made into an endless type by coupling via a coupling section which is configured to be decoupled with a predetermined first pull force, and a torque limiter 18 is interposed between the pulley 15 and the driving shaft 11, 12, the torque limiter being configured to run idle with a second rotation torque which is smaller than a first rotation torque which is exerted on the pulley by the first pull force.

摘要： Disclosed is a fixture structure for fixing a rail member to an attaching surface, such as a wall. The frame to be attached to the attaching surface has a first support for supporting a first attaching piece of a rail member. The slide block, attached slidable to the frame, has a second support for supporting a second attaching piece of the rail member. The slide block slides between a supporting position where the second support can support the second attaching piece and a releasing position where the second support releases the second attaching piece. A spring is provided to urge the slide block toward the support position. The slide block has an actuating piece whose position can be changed to a direction different from a direction of the slide block sliding. When the slide block is shifted to the release position, the actuating piece engages with a part of the frame to hold the slide block at that position. When the second attaching piece of the rail member is shifted toward the slide block with the first attaching piece of the rail member held by the first support, the actuating piece changes its position to disengage from the part of the frame based on the engagement with the rail member. This movement allows the slide block to move toward the support position by the urging force of the spring.
