摘要： A dispenser unit (1) for dispensing biological material, e.g. larvae or insects etc. The dispenser unit has a rotary arrangement (2) with a drive shaft (3) and a plurality of protruding vanes (4) positioned inside a housing (10) for encasing the rotary arrangement to form chambers (5) for containing biological material between respective neighbouring vanes and an inner wall (11) of the housing. A track (6) on the housing serves to engage with each vane or movable element to control the volume of the chamber between an inlet opening (20) in a top part of the housing and an outlet opening (21) in a bottom part of the housing. This allows the biological material to be received in the chambers at the inlet opening (20) and dispensed from the chambers (5) at the outlet opening (21) during rotation of the rotary arrangement. The dispensing unit is designed to provide for an expanding chamber volume as the chambers are being rotated from the inlet opening to the outlet opening. The dispenser unit has proven to provide a low mortality e.g. for dispensing living larvae. It can be transported by a drone or the like to spread biological material over a large area.

摘要： There is provided SSOs targeting the region of HRAS, KRAS, and HRAS exon 2 that harbors the activating mutations and which harbors ESE activity. Moreover, there is provided SSOs targeting the 3′- and 5′-splice sites. The SSOs targeting the 5′ splice site sequence of HRAS exon 2, the 3′ splice site sequence of KRAS exon 2 and the 3′ splice site sequence of NRAS exon 2, as well as SSOs that targets ESEs in a conserved part of exon 2 in the HRAS, KRAS and NRAS exon 2 sequences can induce complete or nearly complete exon 2 skipping in cancer cell lines. This results in growth and proliferation inhibition and concomitantly in death of cancer cells. Therefore this invention is directed towards treatment of cancerous diseases and other conditions where RAS signaling is involved.

摘要： A method, computer program product, and system for non-blocking dynamic update of statically-typed class-based object-oriented software executing as byte-code on a virtual machine within an actively running computer system is provided. A set of objects instantiated from an existing module or multiple modules (identifiable collections of application resources and class definitions in the form of byte-code representations) is ready for execution on a virtual machine in an actively running computer system. New versions of one or more modules corresponding to those already loaded into the actively running virtual machine are dynamically loaded into the virtual machine for the purpose of updating the running software. The class definitions within the loaded modules are prepared for dynamic update by inserting byte-code that enables; transparent state transfer and shared object identity between objects of a former version and the new version of a class.
