    • A valve for a suspension damping system having a valve body and a shim valve assembly that permits fluid flow in two directions. The valve body separates a first fluid chamber from a second fluid chamber and has at least one fluid port therethrough between the first and second chambers. The shim valve assembly is coupled to the valve body and configured to control fluid flow across the valve body. The shim valve assembly includes a first shim having at least one fluid port and a second shim configured to seal the first shim fluid port. The first and second shims are flexible in a first direction under fluid pressure to permit fluid flow between the first and second fluid chambers, providing a first resistance to fluid flow. The second shim seals fluid flow through the first shim fluid port during flow in the first direction. The second shim is flexible in a second direction under fluid pressure to permit fluid flow between first and second fluid chambers, providing a second resistance to fluid flow. The second shim permits fluid flow through the first shim fluid port during flow in the second direction.

    • A bicycle transmission assembly that is mountable to a bottom bracket shell of a bicycle frame. The bicycle transmission assembly includes an input crank assembly, an output chainring, a planetary gear mechanism, a control system and a mounting system. The planetary gear mechanism is mounted coaxially about an axis of the bottom bracket shell and provides a plurality of transmission paths. The control system is operatively connected to the planetary gear mechanism for selecting one of the transmission paths. The mounting system mounts the planetary gear mechanism and the control system to the bottom bracket shell. The mounting system includes at least one attachment point disposed on at least one frame boss extending radially outwardly from the bottom bracket shell. The control system is mounted nonrotatably to the at least one attachment point.

    • A gas spring suspension system that adjusts the spring rate as the travel is adjusted. The suspension system includes a frame, a pressure chamber, a compression piston assembly, an adjustment assembly, a piston tube, and a shaft. The piston tube is operatively connected to the adjustment assembly and the compression piston assembly, and the compression piston assembly is configured to slidably displace along the piston tube to change the pressure in the pressure chamber. The adjustment assembly is associated with the frame and is operable to axially position the piston tube and, in turn the compression piston assembly, relative to the frame to adjust the travel of the suspension system. The shaft is configured to be variably positionable within the pressure chamber in response to axial displacement of the piston tube and the compression piston assembly by the adjustment assembly, the variable positioning of the shaft within the pressure chamber changing the pressure therein.

    • A grip for a cycle includes a cylindrical liner extending along a liner axis between a first and a second end.
