摘要： A self-supporting composite plate for double floors, ceilings or the like, with a pan-shaped outside wrapper member and a hardenable mineral filler, e.g., anhydrite, which can be introduced in liquid state into the pan-shaped wrapper member, and in which are embedded lightweight construction materials. The construction materials are substantially spherical bodies that are retained in a predetermined distribution essentially in the area of the statically neutral zone of the composite plate by a latticed holder that is provided within the wrapper member.

摘要： Self-supporting raised floor plates of flat construction, with an outside wrapper consisting of a flat metal shell which is open at the top for a mineral, age-hardenable filler material, for instance anhydrite, are known. However, with such raised floor plates of flat construction, the embedding of an electric heating line in the layer of mineral material so that the heating line is found without interference in the statically neutral zone of the raised floor plate is problematic. The invention overcomes this problem in that the heating line is fastened to holders arranged over the bottom of the shell. These holders are fastened by clamping by means of a plug-like member in selected anchoring openings in the bottom of the shell. The heating line is clipped or respectively snapped into slots in the head segments of the holders.

摘要： In order to simplify the production of sealed wall connections in the case of raised floors, especially to allow the disassembly of the floor tiles (11) even in the area of the connected wall (10), the wall (10) carries on its bottom edge (20) one or more socket profile rails (21). The socket profile rails (21) are supported on upright support members (31) provided at least on posts (12). However, it is also possible to support the socket profile rails (21) on profiles in the form of rectangular pipes which are laid out in the grating on the posts (12). The bottom (24) of the socket profile rail (21) extends from the middle in opposite directions obliquely outwardly and upwardly. The seal between the connected wall (10) and the adjacent floor tiles (11) can be formed by elastically flexible gaskets (25) in the form of strips on both sides of the wall (10) or else the longitudinal edges of the socket profile rails are configured to be elastically flexible and engage on the contiguous floor tiles (11) flexibly and with formation of a seal.

摘要： A shallow pan, preferably of tin-coated sheet steel, serves for the production of a self-supporting composite plate, wherein the pan forms the outside wrapper for a filler with high compression resistance, e.g., anhydrite. The pan contains a plurality of punches which provide anchoring with the filler material. To increase the bearing strength of the composite plate, the pan bottom is made up of four intersecting, shallow, bulged-out zones. These zones engage in the middle on a smooth, plate-like elevation and extend each in turn from deep areas along the intersecting symmetry axes of the pan toward the highest areas at each pan corner. The density of the punches in the pan bottom preferably increases from the inside toward the outside.
