摘要： A method for controlling surface reactions on a steel strip running through a furnace includes, successively, a first section, a second section, and a third section separated by a sealing element, an atmosphere in the second and third sections being oxidizing and reducing respectively, the method including: heating, in the first section, the steel strip to between 600 and 750° C., while causing the atmosphere therein to be slightly oxidizing and to include: an H2 content inferior to 2%; an O2 content inferior to 0.1%; an H2O or CO2, or H2O+CO2 content superior to 0.03%; a controlled dew point ranging from −50 to −15° C.; and a controlled concentration of CO+CO2 maintained below 2%. All percentages are expressed in terms of volume.

摘要： A condensing heat recovery steam generator (cHRSG) includes a main stack for an exhaust hot gas main flow, a bypass stack for allowing a fraction of exhaust hot gas to bypass the exhaust hot gas main flow, and a heat pump. The cHRSG includes a primary water circuit, a secondary water circuit, and a tertiary water circuit. The cHRSG additionally includes a feedwater line, a first heat exchanger for providing heat exchange between the feedwater line and the secondary water circuit, and a second heat exchanger for providing heat exchange between the primary water circuit and the tertiary water circuit. In the cHRSG, latent heat is partially recovered from said exhaust hot gas circulating in the bypass stack through the second heat exchanger and additional heat is extracted in the tertiary water circuit by said heat pump, contributing to a preheating performed in a preheater of the primary water circuit.

摘要： A solar receiver heat transfer pressurized fluid system includes: a pressure relief valve; and a trapping device for separating liquid droplets from a pressurized gas released by the pressure relief valve and to capture the liquid droplets. The trapping device includes: a horizontal pipe; a liquid trap element extending from the horizontal pipe for catching separated liquid droplets; and a vertical exhaust pipe connected to the horizontal pipe substantially in a perpendicular manner and having an open end for discharging in atmosphere the pressurized gas released by the pressure relief valve. The horizontal pipe includes a first connection means for removably connecting at a first end to the pressure relief valve and a second connection means for removably connecting at a second end to the liquid trap element. The vertical exhaust pipe is connected to the horizontal pipe between the first end removably connectable to the pressure relief valve.

摘要： A heat exchanger includes: a first straight section; a second straight section; and a bent section or elbow linking the first straight section and the second straight section. Each straight section comprises a part of an internal cylindrical shell and of an external cylindrical shell, both cooperating to form an intershell space enclosing a bundle of parallel U-bent tubes having each a first and a second straight part respectively located in the first straight section and second straight section of the exchanger and a 180°-bent part located in the bent section or elbow of the exchanger, so that, in use, a first fluid to be heated and vaporized is flowing in the tubes. The external cylindrical shell is provided respectively at one end with an inlet and at another end with an outlet for a second fluid which is a hot thermal fluid.
