The plug-in section of the housing has at least one radially elastic arm having a locking catch to clamp behind a surface of the unit part, thereby interconnecting the housing with the unit part. When a pipeline is inserted into the receiver opening of the housing, the pipeline coacts with the locking arm or arms to exclude a radial detaching movement of the locking arm, that otherwise would disengage the locking catches from the unit part.

In the fully locked position, via the peripheral seal (10) resting against the sealing surface (18), a complete, pressure-tight seal is present. The area of the peripheral seal (10) and/or of the sealing surface (18) is constructed in such a way that the peripheral seal (10), located in the annular groove (14) of the one connector part (4)--in the prelocked position [and] via peripherally distributed contact points (20) arranged a distance apart--rests in radial direction against the other connector part (2), wherein respectively in peripheral direction, between the contact points (20), axial leakage paths (22) are formed.     • A retaining element to hold together a multipart preassembled screw connection or the like until the assembly can be further processed or assembled in a later step. The retaining element includes a ring section to be installed on a free part of the multipart connection unit so as to hold together the individual parts of that section, and a handle that extends in an outward radial direction from the ring section. Once the free part of a multipart connection unit is assembled to a mating connection unit, the ring section can be removed by applying a tensile force to the handle in an upward radial direction. The ring section may have a predetermined breaking point so that the ring section becomes severed when sufficient tensile force is applied, whereby the retaining element can be removed without difficulty.

    • The invention pertains to a plug connection for pressure systems which consists of two coupling parts, namely a receptacle part (2) and a plug part (4). The plug part (4) can be inserted into a receptacle opening (8) of the receptacle part (2) with a plug shaft (6) such that it is circumferentially sealed and blocked from being separated by a locking device (12). The locking device (12) is realized in such a way that a partially plugged prelocking position (FIG. 1b) and an entirely plugged full locking position (FIG. 1a) are ensured. In the prelocking position, an incomplete seal is produced such that a signal, preferably an acoustically perceivable leakage noise, is generated if the plug connection is charged with pressure. A complete, pressure-tight seal is produced in the full locking position. The locking device (12) comprises a holding element (20) that is situated in a recess (22) of one coupling part (2) and realized in such a way that it respectively engages behind the same locking edge (24) of the other locking part (4) in the prelocking position (FIG. 1b) as well as in the full locking position (FIG. 1a).
