Each arm has a distal end thumb screw attachment to a T-nut on the sign. 摘要： A system for mounting a sign to a post comprises an elongated channel member adapted to be mounted on a backside of a sign and a bracket adapted to be mounted to a post to which the sign is to be mounted. The bracket has a channel engaging portion adapted to be slidably engaged into the channel member on the backside of the sign. The bracket comprises an endless collar extending along a continuous closed line and adapted to be fitted over the post. The collar defines at least one transversally oriented hole in which a threaded fastener is threadably engaged with a leading end thereof projecting inwardly of the continuous endless collar for exerting a pushing action on the post in order to secure the collar on the post while at the same time drawing the channel member against the post so as to prevent relative movement between the sign and the bracket.

The support post has a substantially horizontal base affixed to its bottom end, with a plurality of spikes downwardly extending from the base into the ground, and a lifting connection fixedly attached to the support post. A removal device is provided for removing the support post from the ground, and includes a moveable column having a bottom end configured to bear upon the top of the ground near the base of the support post, and a lever arm pivotally attached to the moveable column. The removal device is configured to pull the spikes upwardly out of the ground by engaging the lever arm with the lifting connection and applying a substantially upward force thereon.

One embodiment has elastic cords, slotted tubular members, floor anchors, cord hooks, cord locks and a ceiling interface. When a rigid sign is situated with its bottom edge positioned in the lower tubular member slot and its top edge in the upper tubular member slot, the sign is suspended for viewing. In another embodiment, horizontal rods are supported by two tubular members with portions of the rods extended beyond the ends the tubular members. Several banner clips are used to clip a banner to the portions of the rods extending beyond the ends of the tubular members to suspend the banner for viewing. Other embodiments incorporate more than one set of either slotted tubular members or rod-supporting tubular members, or a combination of slotted tubular members and rod-supporting tubular members.

摘要： A traffic signaling device includes a strobe light directed upon a portable traffic sign for alerting distant motorists of an upcoming traffic condition and for enhancing readability of the traffic sign. The signaling device includes a rotatable sign assembly releasably attached to a primary shaft suitable for holding by a road construction worker. The sign assembly includes a handle which cooperates with a channel within the primary shaft whereby the sign can be rotated to discrete, locked positions without repositioning the primary shaft or strobe light. Thus, either side of a sign may be displayed to oncoming traffic while a worker's eyes are always shielded from the strobe light.

摘要： An adjustable retaining bracket for securing a display panel to a stationary object. The invention provides a retaining bracket having a latching arm, with a rounded nose, pivotally connected to the bracket. The latching arm engages a corresponding latching pin located on a support arm. The support arm is secured to a display panel and pivotally attached to the mounting bracket using bolts. The invention is then secured to the existing store shelving using nuts and bolts. The latching arm contains at least one detent and is used to retain the display panel at a variety of viewing angles depending upon which detent engages the latching pin. When the display panel is rotated counterclockwise (toward the store shelving), the latching pin of the support arm engages the rounded nose of the latching arm, raises the arm and comes to rest in a detent position. Further movement of the sign will move the sign to the next detent position (if available). Rotation of the panel in the opposite direction will disengage the securing latch and allow the sign to swing freely to a downward vertical position.
