摘要： A writing instrument having a closure cap assembly (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) which can be placed in a sealing manner on the writing tip (20), whereby a positive engagement with an indentation in the writing tip is established via an elastically deformable finger (8), when the closure cap is in place on the writing tip. On the inner face of the arm (8), oriented toward the writing tip (20), at least one cam face (13) is located in a chord plane of the circle forming the closure cap opening. Whereupon a twisting of the entire mounted closure cap assembly (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) brings the cam face (13) into engagement with a correspondingly formed wedge face (27) of the writing tip (20), so that the arm (8) is pivoted radially outward, and the closure cap can be removed.

摘要： A pen core for a writing instrument, particularly, for use in a recorder in which writing must be continuously carried out over long periods using a relatively small ink supply. The instrument has an ink conducting core for conducting ink to a writing member, and a barrel with an ink reservoir, the barrel being fitted on the outer wall of the pen core body. An annular groove in the form of a single continuous passageway is formed in the outer wall of the pen core body, the annular groove having a front end connected to an ink sucking groove, which is in turn communicated with the ink conducting core. An air passageway having a front end communicated with an air hole and a rear end communicated with the rear end of the annular groove is formed in the outer wall of the pen core body in such a manner that the air passageway does not cross the annular groove.

A writing nib projects from the ferrule and extends into the reservoir.The ferrule member and the barrel member have adjacent skirt portions in telescoping assembled relation, the skirt portions, when moved longitudinally one into the other, afford latching means, sealing means and means for constraining relative rotation between the assembled ferrule member and the barrel member, thereby providing a securely sealed and easily assembled housing for a writing instrumemt.
