摘要： A cleaning device for atomizing and spraying liquid in two-phase flow comprising a nozzle provided with multiple liquid bypass pipelines each having liquid guiding outlets inclined at a predetermined angle and an exhaust mesh plate having vertical gas guiding outlets, which makes the high speed liquid flow and high speed gas flow sprayed out therefrom collide against each other sufficiently to form ultra-micro atomized particles with uniform and adjustable size. The ultra-micro atomized particles are sprayed out downwardly to the wafer surface under the acceleration and vertical orientation effects of an atomized particle guiding outlet to perform a reciprocating cleaning for the wafer. Other components such as an ultrasonic or megasonic generation unit, a gas shielding unit, a self-cleaning unit or a rotating unit can also be provided to perform the multifunction of the nozzle.

摘要： An atomizing device includes a first liquid chamber to store a liquid to be atomized; a nozzle plate unit disposed on the first liquid chamber and used to spray the liquid into first atomized droplets; and an indirect spray unit disposed at a position where the first atomized droplets are sprayed to accept the first atomized droplets. 摘要： A gas transportation device includes a casing, a nozzle plate, a chamber frame, an actuator, an insulating frame and a conducting frame, which are stacked sequentially. The casing has a conduit protruding outwardly from the casing and aligned with a discharging opening. The conduit has a guiding channel and an outlet. The guiding channel has a cone shape and is tapered from an end proximate to the discharging opening to the other end proximate to the outlet. The actuator, the chamber frame and the suspension plate collaboratively define a resonance chamber. When the actuator is driven, the nozzle plate is subjected to resonance and the suspension plate of the nozzle plate vibrates in a reciprocating manner. Consequently, the gas is transported to a gas-guiding chamber through at least one gap and outputted from the discharging opening.

摘要： A long-acting ultrasonic dispenser that effuses a water-based deodorizer solution into ambient air as a dry fog in a closed environment, and a method for deodorizing noxious odors in that closed environment by the dry fog. The dry fog, containing the deodorizer, chemically reacts with materials producing the odors, thereby neutralizing them. The dispenser contains an electronic ultrasonic wave generator comprising a piezoelectric crystal and an ultrasonic membrane, which is always submerged under liquid. As the liquid evaporates, droplets larger than five microns are filtered out, and the remaining dry fog is emitted into the air. The dispenser is connected to a large reservoir. When the liquid level reaches a minimum permissible height, additional deodorizer solution is pumped into the dispenser. This system is ideal for use with central air conditioners in large office buildings to eliminate odors over a long period of time with minimum maintenance.

The control component includes a microprocessor coupled to and configured to drive the piezoelectric or piezomagnetic material to vibrate and cause a discharge of components of the aerosol precursor composition through the mesh and thereby produce an aerosol for inhalation by a user, with the components of the aerosol precursor composition discharged through the mesh having a diameter of less than one micrometer.

The light intensity, color and rate of change of light may be modulated to produce a more realistic looking artificial flame. A standing wave tube may vary the rate of mist exiting one or more enclosure openings in the tube enclosure.

The synthetic jet assembly also includes an actuator element coupled to a second surface of the body to selectively cause displacement of the second surface, and a control unit electrically coupled to the actuator element. The control unit is configured to transmit a multi-frequency drive signal to the actuator element, the multi-frequency drive signal comprising a cooling frequency component and an acoustic frequency component superimposed on the cooling frequency component. The cooling frequency component causes a cooling jet to eject from the opening of the body. The acoustic frequency component produces a desired audible output.
